The most healing thing you could ever do is to be yourself. It sounds so easy and so freeing – and it is! You don’t have to adjust or change your ways in order to fit in, and you don’t have to be someone else in order to be liked. You, in all your unique colors, are already loved and adored by all that is, no matter what you do, no matter what you look like or what ever happens. There is only love for you. But in order for you to let this love and healing in, you have to allow yourself to be yourself.

You don’t get sick from being negative, you don’t get sick from your negative thinking – you disallow the love and healing that is natural when you don’t love yourself, as you are. Beginning to love yourself and being yourself is the most beautiful and healing thing you could ever do for yourself. ๐Ÿ™

My new workout pants ๐Ÿคธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Breathing through this day and continuing to follow my passion, regardless. I bought these cute pink workout pants a few days ago and tonight I will wear them when I go to the gym. ๐Ÿ’ช I have not been to a gym for over 10 years now, I think. So I am a bit nervous but I will go there with my best friend so it will be alright ๐Ÿ˜Š.

If I like it I will continue, if I don’t – no big deal, then I will just continue working out at home where I feel comfortable. ๐Ÿ™

Went shopping today. Found a new pair of workout pants and some tops. I also tried on a couple of dresses, including this orange beauty. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Today has been a very nice day. It has been rather warm and sunny during the day and rainy with a thunderstorm all evening. Perfect weather according to me. ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐ŸŒฉ๏ธ๐ŸŒฉ๏ธ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Love yourself enough to walk away, stop being a people pleaser and start respecting and valuing yourself and your body ๐ŸŒน

Never hide who you want to be just to fit in or be liked. You are you for a reason, you were created to be exactly as you are. Why would you ever want to be with someone who doesn’t like you the way you are? Why would you ever set aside your own inner guidance in order to please another person who doesnโ€™t care about you?

If someone wants you to change your ways in order for them to like you – walk away. They donโ€™t really care about you. Surround yourself with people who like you as you are, people who inspire you and care about you. Always listen to your inner guidance, it is always right. If someone or something feels off, it is. Love yourself enough to walk away, respect yourself and your body by loving yourself unconditionally, as you are, right now. ๐Ÿ™

Best summer ever ๐ŸŒŠโ˜€๏ธโค๏ธ

We are having such a good time. The sun is shining, the ocean is magnificent and our babies are so happy. I feel in love with life. ๐Ÿ™

We spent the entire morning on the beach, then we went home for some lunch. Right now we are taking a few moments to relax, then we will go to a big playground in the town centre. ๐Ÿ˜Šโ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธโ˜€๏ธ

The warm sun gently comforts my frozen heart, the soothing ocean gives my restless soul some peace and the intensity of the red dress gives my tired mind some sweet relief.

Be kind to yourself, especially when you feel like giving up. One breath at a time, this too shall pass and you will feel better again.

A cold, blue Summer’s day ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช

I began this Monday morning with an intense full body workout. It is so nice to feel my muscles work.

After my workout we had a lovely breakfast and I put on one of my favourite blue dresses.

It is a bit more chilly today, only 15 degrees. Yesterday it was almost 30 degrees – these kind of drastic temperature changes are typical of the Swedish summer. ๐ŸŒผ ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ช

I, my boyfriend and our two little babies went out to the library after breakfast and we spent an hour there and then we went to an Asian restaurant and had lunch. Before we went home again we went to the big playground in the town centre and had some ice cream. ๐Ÿ˜Š A relaxing, cold, blue day.

Don’t apologize for who you are – we are meant to be different, we are supoosed to live life in ways that call us and that calling is very personal and unique to each person.

Dare to be you in all your magnificent colors. Dare to love yourself in a society that thrives on your insecurities. Wear the dress you love, do the things that make your heart sing and enjoy life in ways that give you satisfaction.

Life is not a quest to fit in, a quest to be liked or a quest to please society – life is a very beautiful gift that has been given to you, take loving care of your gift, of your body and your feelings. This life is for you, go out into the world and embrace it fully.

I feel so relieved that this Friday is slowly turning into night. I always feel better when darkness comes at night. ๐Ÿ™ My babies are sleeping peacefully and I get a few hours of “me-time” while my boyfriend is out with some friends.

I am listening to my favourite music and enjoying another hamburger ๐Ÿ” ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘Œ.
