Love NEVER hurts

Love does not hurt – insecurity does, sadness does, anxiety does, anger does, jealousy does… but LOVE only feels good.

When you feel love you feel utter bliss. You feel happy, free and empowered. Anything less than that is not love. Even if you blame the other person for how much you are hurting, it is blame, sadness and those other negative emotions you feel. Not love. Love only feels good.

You might temporarily be tuned out of the frequency of love – that is why it feels so bad, because you LOVE to love and you WANT to love. And when conditions turn up that makes it hard for you to feel love in your heart, of course it will feel bad! But the negative feeling is never caused by love. Ever.

There is an even better way to love someone than most people are practicing: to love unconditionally. If you can truly master this you will not be so easily swept off into jealousy, insecurity, anger, sadness or any other negative emotion you might be very used to fall back into. You will have a stable centre of love, you will see through the eyes of love and you will see value in every situation. Maybe not all the time, but you will easily get back into your place of love when you fall off. Most importantly – you will never blame any one else for how you feel – you will realize that how you feel is your job. Love is an inside job just like happiness. ❤


All meals of the day are delicious, freeing and empowering meals ❤

I love eating whatever I desire. It gives me such a feeling of freedom and empowerment. I wish I had known it was this easy when I was a little girl, before all my insecurities hit. But, better late than never. And most importantly – this way of eating is not not just freeing and empowering for me but for my two babies as well! They see how much I love food – all food – and how much I love my body.

What a brilliant way this is. And it works so beautifully. My babies follow their inspiration and are indeed loving all kinds of food. This photo was taken today when we were at Mc Donalds – nothing special, just a delicious meal like all other meals of the day. ❤❤❤❤❤

I follow my pleasure scale – what food do I desire the most, at the moment? That is what I choose. I eat as long as it feels really satisfying, when the feeling is not that exciting anymore, I stop.

I know my body is healthy, strong, flexible and fit. It can make excellent use of what ever I choose to lovingly give it. Because that is the key. You must love your body and love the food you choose to give it. It is all mind over matter.

A fun morning out shopping together 🌱

We started this day with some grocery shopping together.

Then we bought lots of new plants 🌱🌿🌾❤❤❤.

And had some lunch at Mc Donalds before we went back home again. It was really fun for the kids to help me pick places for their new plants.

Baking and more relaxing

The afternoon was filled with lots of fun moments. When I made lunch they helped me out:

My baby boy loves tomatoes and he ate a big one just like an apple 🤣.

Later on we baked cake together.

We enjoyed a little piece of it together while relaxing on the couch for a moment with our ipads and our phones.

Now it is almost time for bed, I hope my baby girl wakes up tomorrow morning feeling well and refreshed. ❤

A cozy morning

We slept really well tonight. At 5am my two babies woke up so I put us all in my baby boy’s bed and they fell asleep again almost immediately. ❤❤❤ They slept peacefully with their arms around me for two more hours before my boyfriend woke up and came in to us with our two cats. Such a cozy morning. It was almost impossible to get a picture since it was pitch dark and I didn’t want to wake them.

After breakfast we went out for a moment – but it was under -10 degrees celcius so we decided to go back inside rather quickly. 🤣

Inside we have 24 degrees celcius so it is extremely warm and cozy in here.

I feel 50% well now. The fever is gone but the cold and the dizzy feeling remains.

We will continue to enjoy the day inside, eating lots of fruits and just doing what feels good to us.
