I am a carb lover! I eat a lot of toast with strawberry jam, I enjoy this for breakfast and as snacks through out my days. With that I drink rice milk.
I also eat a lot of white rice, potatoes or gluten-free pasta. With this I enjoy eating a lot of different things but these things are my biggest food sources through my days.
I also treat myself to some potato chips, pizza, hamburgers and fries a few times every week as well.
