Insomnia or inspired awake time?

If you can’t fall asleep and lay in bed for several hours wide awake – enjoy the stillness around you and rest in knowing that your body gets all the rejuvenation it needs. Your body is healthy, intelligent and capable of so much more than you can imagine! 
8 hours of sleep every night is simply a number, not a neccessity. You can get more benefit from finding ease in your mind than from sleeping an entire night. All is well.
