Take a moment to think about a habit you would like to let go of and then think of a new good feeling habit that you would love to replace it with. Think about how this new habit would feel to you, how much value and benefit it would bring you. Think about the joy and ease it would bring… continue to focus on this new habit and all the woulderful feelings it brings.
Take it one step at a time. When you are alone, always ease back into that general perspective of what you want and how good it would feel. Imagine it, feel it, dream about it.
