When you are far from what you desire and you feel utter despair – sooth yourself! You are where you are and things are as they are. You still have the most important thing you need – a choice! You can choose to experience this and continue to feel despair or you can experience this and sooth yourself into feeling better! The experience is the same, and it is not the important factor! The important factor is how you feel! If you can sooth yourself enough until you begin to feel hopeful – regardless of this experience – now you will easily be inspired to the steps that takes you to the improvements you desire!
Of course it feels awful to be living something that is far from how you want it to be, but you are NEVER stuck, NEVER in a hopeless situation because improvements are ALWAYS possible!!! It all comes down to how you CHOOSE to feel. You can still IMAGINE, you can still DAY DREAM and play with your FANTASY – anything you can do that distracts you from the unwanted aspects will give you relief. And emotional relief is the key to the solution.
