How To Practice The Wobble Out Of Your Vibration

The next step to familiarize yourself with the wobble out of your vibration is to practice. Working on releasing the negative energy from your body and replacing it with positive, peaceful vibrations can take some getting used to, but with some practice you’ll be able to do it much more quickly. To start, find a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for a few minutes and sit in a relaxed position. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. Feel each breath in its entirety as you silently count each one down from five to one. With each breath, feel the tension leaving your body and begin visualizing positive energy entering your frame. When you reach zero (the last count), bring into focus what it is that is making you feel anxious or uneasy. Instead of reacting with fear, try to see the situation from a different perspective and think about how you’d like it to be. Once your positive visualization is complete, it’s time to start ‘wobbling out’ the negative energy by focusing on your body as a whole and deliberately pushing out each wave of tension. Do this slowly and notice as your muscles relax one after the other until all that remains is a feeling of peace and tranquility. Keep this feeling in mind and try to recall it when faced with similar situations in the future so that you can practice the wobble out process even quicker.
