The loving, caring, stable person you needed when you were younger

A child does not know where her parents’ pain ends or where her own pain begins. All the child feels is the pain. Taking it on as her own, trying desperately to sooth the parents while numbing her own feelings.

Yet, it is never too late to heal your own wounds, to become aware of your own pain and finally give yourself the soothing support, caring compassion and unconditional love you have been starved of for so long. No matter what you have been through in your childhood, you can feel better again.

You can become the loving, caring, stable person you needed when you were younger.
