Like a sleeping bumble bee, soothed and shielded by the gentle rose

Like a sleeping bumble bee, soothed and shielded by the gentle rose โ€“ resting in your own safe haven until your body is ready to rise back up again.

It is reliefgiving to withdraw from the world into your own safe haven, however, facing the memory of the traumatic event and facing how you feel, might be a beautiful next step on your healing journey. You can’t change what happened to you, but you can change how you feel about it, and that will make all the difference.
