Why I work out 

I am a mother of two little babies. My baby boy is 1 year and 10 months old and my baby girl is 3 years old. I work out at home, 5 times a week. I choose to work out in the mornings around 5.30am when my babies are having their breakfast.

I work out because I love moving my body and I especially love the feeling of my muscles working and flexing. 

I took this picture this morning, right before my workout. (Yes at 5.30) I love working out in the mornings because it fills me with so much energy for the rest of the day. 

I follow the workouts from the former fitness model Belinda Benn – she is an amazing woman who started working out for the first time in her life when she was 37 and by the age of 46 she was a fitness model on the cover of many fitness magazines. Now she is 53 years old and she still has the most amazing, beautiful, sexy, firm, fit and toned body. She is my rolemodel.
