New week, new workout routine πŸ’ͺ and going out tomorrow evening πŸ˜

I have enjoyed the first workout of this week today, I absolutely love the feeling in my muscles as I workout. πŸ’ͺ. Since it is rather cold in Sweden right now, I wore my workout pants that I usually wear during the colder half of the year.

Lets hope it gets a little warmer soon, we are planning a trip to the west coast next week and it would be lovely with some warm weather so we can enjoy playing at the beach while we are there. πŸ™

My new favourite snack is yoghurt with blueberries – so delicious 😍😍😍. I enjoy a big bowl of this every evening before I go to bed. It is divine.

Tomorrow will be awesome, my friend and I will go out tomorrow evening. We are going to a nice little diner here in NΓ€ssjΓΆ for a couple of hours. I feel safe when I am with her so I will relax and just enjoy our time out. 😊 I will not drink any beers though, I want to be fully focused as we walk back home. πŸ€—

A meaningful life – right here, right now

When you hear the phrase β€œA meaningful life”, what do you think about? What is a meaningful life, for you personally? I believe there is no right or wrong answer to that question because it will mean different things to every single person on the planet. We all have our own unique desires, beliefs, expectations, passions and callings in life.

To me it means a lot of different things. If I died tomorrow, I would still be satisfied with my life and everything I have experienced. I have lived a meaningful life in more ways than I can count, already. It would be great if I got a few more years to have fun and continue to enjoy life in ways that call me, however I already feel satisfied and at ease. These 6 aspects are my favorite aspects of a meaningful life:

  • A big part of a meaningful life for me is to help other people, to inspire people to see how wonderful and capable they are and to inspire them to discover their own empowerment and happiness.
  • Another part of a meaningful life for me is having my two little babies and taking care of them. I love them more than anything in my life and I want them to grow up feeling free, empowered, happy and in love with life.

Those two aspects are the biggest ones when it comes to a meaningful life. However, there are thousands of other things that also give my life a deep meaning, here are some of my favorite ones:

  • Eating and enjoying delicious food – this gives me so much satisfaction in my life. I love food, and I love listening to my cravings and giving my body what it wants and needs to thrive.
  • Working out and loving my own body. I have begun to truly love my body, its shape, its health, its flexibility, its stamina – everything about it. I love to work out, to feel my muscles work and see how toned and beautiful my body is. I believe that how you feel about yourself will affect everything in your life, especially your happiness.
  • Sexual attraction, passion and desire – these are all very big parts of my life and they all give me so much meaning, happiness and energy. These aspects are as vital to me as the very water I need to drink and as important as the food I need to give my body in order to survive.
  • Lastly, it gives me a lot of meaning to write and read. To express my emotions and thoughts into words, that is my calling in life.

What things would you say are your favorite aspects of a meaningful life?

A magnificent day β­

Today has been great. I woke up feeling really rested and satisfied with my life. I had a really cozy morning with my two little babies and as we drove to the day care centre we listened to a lot of wonderful music and we all sang along, of course 😁.

My day at work was absolutely wonderful. I love working as a teacher – it is so much fun to meet all my students and inspire them to see their own possibilities and strenghts.

Before I went home to my babies I went to the store and bought some blueberries for them – they adore blueberries. πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

We had a cozy evening together and after I had put my babies to bed I took some time just for me. I went down to our basement and worked out for 20 minutes. It feels so good to move and stretch my body. πŸ™

But the very best moment of my day is right now as I am lying in bed in the darkness and stillness. It feels so good to just let my body and mind rest and recharge. A magnificent day.
