Feeling like a fit mother of two little babies πŸ’–

I am loving this summer vacation! I wish it would never end – that I could stay home with my babies until they are all grown up. πŸ’– I love them more and more each second.

I have not been to a gym for over 5-6 years now, however, I work out a little at home. I follow some workouts from the former fitness model Belinda Benn – an awesome woman with an empowering story – and I do these exercises at home on the carpet while my two little babies eat their breakfast. I do these workouts 4 times each week and they are rather quick, around 20 minutes so it is easy to incorporate in our morning routines.

An early morning workout and a trip to the park πŸ’–

Started the day at 6am with a short workout while my babies ate their breakfast

One of our cats decided to join me on the floor 🀣.

Then we made ourselves ready to go to the park. The weather was wonderful, it was not too warm and it rained ever so slightly for a few seconds when we started walking.

We were so hungry that we only stayed an hour at the park, then we went back home for some lunch. A perfect, relaxing day. I never want to go back to work! πŸ€£πŸ’–

High on chocolate and an early morning workout

I feel so high on chocolate this morning πŸ˜‚, I ate way too much yesterday and it was just what I needed. A perfect pick me up. πŸ˜‹πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’– And I had such a good time with my friend, that always makes me feel better.

Today it is a bit colder outside, only 13 degrees celcius, which I welcome so much. Later this afternoon I will go shopping in JΓΆnkΓΆping – alone – which I have looked forward to for several weeks. I love shopping for new beautiful tops, skirts and dresses 😍😍😍.

A really wonderful friend of mine will come to me later tonight, I really look forward to that too. ❀

But first, I will start this wonderful day with a quick workout.

An early morning workout and a trip to the park

We started the day at 05.30am and I enjoyed a short workout while my babies relaxed on the couch.

Of course they wanted to help me out when I worked out. 😍

After breakfast we decided to go to the park again.

It will be very hot today as well, already close to 30 degrees celcius.

I look forward to later this afternoon, I will go to a cafΓ© with my friend – we always have such a nice time. 😊

🌸 Time for pilates πŸŒΈ

I love my evenings, they are so magical. My babies are sleeping peacefully, my boyfriend is downstairs playing computer games… the entire house is still and silent.

I am going to enjoy some refreshing pilates. I love the way it makes my muscles feel. It is intense, yet relaxing at the same time since I am lying down while I do it. I love the soreness in my legs afterwards, and it is so effective. Feels like it lazer targets every muscle I want to use. Brilliant.

An active Tuesday

It is now afternoon at work and I am taking a short break. The day began at 05.30 am with a workout at home while my babies where sleeping:

Then we took our babies to the day care centre which went so smooth today. Both of my babies were happy when we said good bye to them. πŸ˜„β€

I have had a really nice day at work and I only had two lessons today so I got a lot of planning done as well.

Two hours from now I will go to pick up my babies from the day care centre. I really look forward to a nice and cozy afternoon with them.

Early morning workout – arms today πŸ’ͺ

I feel so exhaused in the most delightful way 🀣. I love working out a few minutes in the morning. Today I focused on my arms and my upper body. I absolutely love the sore feeling in my muscles after a workout. My glutes are still deliciously sore from yesterday’s workout. πŸ‘

New week – new workout routine β€

This morning I started a new workout routine. I change it up every 4 weeks. As usual I do the exercises at home, in the early mornings on my carpet while my babies are having their breakfast.

I love working out in the mornings – those are the moments when I have the most energy and focus. I truly love Belinda Benn, my coach Haida and their awesome workouts. I only spend around 25 minutes, 5 mornings a week on my workouts and that suits me perfectly. Being a working mother of two little babies – I would not want to spend more time than that on working out. β€πŸ‘πŸŒΉβ€

A cozy Wednesday morning β€

I have worked out and I have just taken a shower. Today is my favourite day of the work-week, Wednesday. Therfore I will wear something extra comfortable and cozy today.

And now it is time to eat some breakfast, rice milk and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. ❀❀❀ And yes that is my children’s colorful, plastic plate! 🀣 I love using those when I eat as well. πŸ˜„

An early morning workout (when you have kids πŸ€£)

I slept the entire night tonight! (5hours!!!!) It must be weeks since that happened last time. My babies slep peacefully the entire night. Now I feel rested and ready for my morning workout.

Only my two cats are up with me. πŸ’–

But my babies woke up before I finished so we did the final moves together πŸ€£πŸ’–
