A strong morning πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ’–

My babies really wanted to join me this morning when I was going to work out. πŸ’–

We had already had breakfast before our workout, I had an omelette with delicious spices, olive oil and veggies. After working out we were really hungry again so we enjoyed some blue berries and yoghurt together. πŸ˜‹

We are feeling good πŸ˜Ž

Magic happened while I was sleeping because when I woke up this morning I felt really good again! No fever, no nausea – just pure energy and eagerness to get the day started. We spent the entire morning outside, I did some work in the garden while my baby boy helped me out.

I felt so good I even worked out! Felt awesome.

Tomorrow I will go back to work again and my baby boy will go back to the day care centre.

Why I love pilates πŸ‘™

I have enjoyed pilates for over a decade now, and I still love it. It is a routine I created by myself after watching several different pilates moves in different exercise books. I kind of picked out my favourite moves and created my own routine.

There are so many things I adore about pilates but the best thing is the feeling in my muscles as I activate them while I work out – awesome! I also love that I only use my own body weight and that it can be done anywhere – on the floor, on the couch or on the bed. So easy, relaxing, strenghtening and effective at the same time.

Awesome late night work out – the soreness is divine

I did some pilates this evening, and I absolutely love the delicious soreness in my legs right now! I love how good it feels to use, stretch and truly activate my muscles. Awesome feeling! And yes I adore the shape and firmness of my body. ❀

My new pilates outfit πŸŒΈ

I bought some really nice white shorts last weekend. I will enjoy wearing them when I do my pilates. It feels so good to do pilates, it is absolutely amazing. To feel my muscles work and stretch… best feeling ever.

Finally feeling tired β€

I love coming home after a long day at work. I only get a few seconds alone on the couch before my babies rush to join me 🀣.

But now I have put them to bed and I am going to enjoy some pilates.

I fell asleep so quckly and easily at around midnight last night, and I slept so good the entire night. It feels awesome that this month’s full moon craziness is over so that I can fall asleep at night again. ❀ And I am really tired today, a feeling I truly welcome and embrace fully.

My babies want to work out just like me πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜

🌹 Ending my day with some awesome pilates πŸŒΉ

I have had the best day ever. Today I went back to work after the Easter holiday and it was so much fun to see my students and my co-workers again. I love being a teacher!!!

But it was so wonderful to come back home again and be with my babies a couple of hours before they went to bed.

And now that they are sleeping peacefully I will enjoy some strenghtening pilates and a mudcake. Best evening ever.

It gives me that “high on life” feeling β€

I feel so alive, so free and frisky and in love with life. I have so much energy and such passion for feeling good and enjoying life. My body is strong, flexible, and filled with pure positive radiant energy. I love mornings like these when I start my day with an intense, short workout at home, on the carpet, before my two babies wake up.

This picture I took this morning, right after I had taken a shower after my workout. I love the joy that shines from my eyes. This is the form of “high on life” that I love.

It always enriches me with such joyful, playful and eager energy. My entire day will be a fun and playful adventure with such a joyful refreshing start.

I have done the last workout for this week and now I look forward to two days of relaxing at home.

🀣 But I already look forward to the workouts next week because the feeling in my muscles after a workout is so awesome!!!
