A fun new habit that will improve your entire life

Have you been through a lot of negative things in your life?

Are there things in your life that you would like to improve?

What things do you secretly desire? To have your dream body? Finding the fountain of youth? To have endless abundance? Live with your dream partner? To feel confident, happy and empowered?

What ever your story might be and what ever it is you desire – you are in charge and you can do something about it, right now. Everything that happens to you happens for a reason and how you choose to react, what you choose to think about it and how you view every topic of your life affects what comes next. So it is never too late and it is never hopeless.

Begin right now to stop all your negative comments and statements about how it has been, how it is or how it will be. Begin to listen to your words and thoughts – when you hear yourself starting a negative sentence, just have fun with it and play a little by stopping, smiling and saying to yourself “oh my, I am doing it again – how cool that I am so aware of my thinking and what I am saying. I bet this will be fun and easy to gently lean a bit in a way that feels better:

What things do I already like?

What things naturally feel good to me?

What things do I really enjoy?

What brings me pleasure?

How do I want this person to act?

How do I want this situation to play out?

What things would I prefer about this?

If I could have anything I desired, what would I get? How would I feel?”

Just continue asking yourself questions like these every now and then to begin shifting your predominant focus. It is not the big arguments you have or the big drepressive thoughts you think that ruin your life – it it the little seemingly insignificant DAILY thoughts you think that lead to more thoughts that are alike those, which leads to beliefs and more conversations that feel the same way, and more people that reflects more of how you feel back to you until your focus has grown enough that you begin to get manifestations around you and in your own body.

You change it at the root, the cause – your seemingly insignificant thoughts. And that is easier than you think! Just begin with the small thoughts you think right now. If you feel worried, angry, resentful, depressed, insecure… or happy, confident, in love, empowered, satisfied and eager, all comes down to the little thoughts you choose to think in your day to day experience. And you can do something about that even with nothing in your life changing!

You can feel insecure and resentful and have cellulite or you can feel happy and empowered and have cellulite. How you feel – unconditionally – is what attracts what comes next. It is the difference between seeing the solutions or not. Recovery or not.

You can live in a loveless marriage and feel hopeless or you can live in a loveless marriage and feel hopeful. How you feel is the key that will open you up to what comes next.

Have fun with this! Don’t make such a big hairy deal about anything – your life is for you. You are supposed to view and experience contrast so you know what you prefer and come to new conclusions. Just begin to put your focus on what you now know you prefer and stop holding yourself back. ❤

Free yourself from your self-imposed bondage

What brings you joy? What do you enjoy in life? Take a few moments to think about all those things that make you feel good and that brings you pleasure. Do more of those things every day.

This is your life, there is no point in spending your days in irritation, frustration, anger, depression or any other negative emotion. Free yourself from the self-imposed bondage that these limiting emotions are – set yourself free. Free to love, free to enjoy, free to play, free to have fun, free to feel good – unconditionally.

You don’t need to wait until you find a lover, until your skin clears up, until you get your dream job, until you get your body in shape or until you have the self-esteem you desire – you can begin now.

Tell yourself over and over that you will begin to be more light-hearted, more playful, more easy-going, more loving and that you will begin to allow yourself to feel good, unconditionally.

Your attitude about food and your body

I hear friends and people at work complain about their weight and their body. I hear them talk about food as “bad food” and “good food” and about themselves as being “good” and “bad” depending on what they eat. Why would you ever do that? Do you know how detrimental that is to you? Not only detrimental to your emotional balance but most importantly for your body and your health!

Your every cell in your body is listening 24/7 to EVERYTHING you say and think. If you think negative thoughts about it and condemn it for looking a certain way – or for not looking the way you desire it to – how do you think that affects your body?

With each negative thought you think about your body and about food you block yourself from seeing how magnificent your body actually is! You have an amazing body that loves and adores you! You will be in your body for as long as you shall live – why not make the best of what you have? Why not start loving yourself as you are – right now? Why not lovingly choose to eat in ways that you believe are benefical for you and what you desire? Why not compliment your body for taking such good care of you? Why not celebrate the fact that you CAN EAT, the fact that you can TASTE FLAVOURS and why not ENJOY what you eat?

Yes, why not ENJOY food, LOVE food, APPRECIATE the food you CHOOSE to eat? Why not compliment your body for being healthy and strong?

There are so many things you can do, right now without anything actually changing in your physical appearance, that will make all the difference in how your body responds to what you do and what you feed it. Ever think of that? THAT is such an important key and so many people would benefit so much if they started working on their ATTITUDE about their body and food BEFORE they even began enjoying all the other things they feel they have to do. Yes! ENJOY the journey. Make the best of where you are. Do what you believe will benefit you and your body – because we are all different. Listen to YOUR body, LOVE your body and ENJOY the journey. Never ever EVER talk negative about yourself, your body, your weight or food. THAT is something you can begin with right now and THAT is what will work like magic in your life.

Of course it is going to feel awful when you see something you don’t want to see – when you look at, hear, say or experience something that goes against your desires then your inner guidance will alert you of your detrimental perspective. It is normal.

Just gently sooth yourself into feeling a little relief. You can back away from the specifics, take a more general approach and find relief regarding that topic.

Anything that you choose to do that you allow yourself to ENJOY fully has the potential of strenghtening how you feel about yourself and how you view your life.
It doesn’t matter what things that call you, the only thing that matters is how these things feel to you. If these are things you love to do, that bring you relief, that makes you happy – then allow yourself to benefit by these things by allowing yourself to ENJOY these things.

The reason why the same things can be someone’s “addiction” in a negative sence is because most people do not change how they think and feel ABOUT THEMSELF at the same time as they allow these things to bring them relief

If you rely on these substances and things to feel good – now you have a negative, disempowering addiction. 

If you let these bring you TEMPORARY relief while at the same time you work on improving how YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF – now you will benefit by what you choose to do and you are on your way toward empowering YOURSELF.

Everything in your life is affected by HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF. This is somethink you can’t fake with makeup, or improve with a new diet, or mask with alcohol or hide with fake smiles and positive words. How you truly feel about yourself will shine through all of that and you and your body will always return to that because how you feel comes from within – and it affects EVERYTHING in your life. And this is the beautiful part because YOU can change how you feel about yourself and when you do, EVERYTHING about you – your body, your health, your confidence, your relationships – EVERYTHING in your life will reflect those changes. It truly is mind over matter. When you change the mind the matter will change automatically.
