Your past made you who you are today but your NOW is even more valuable 💖

Your past is of value because it made you who you are today. But your NOW is even more valuable because you can choose to NOW let go of all hurt, all pain and all feelings of being a victim, you can let go of all guilt, all blame, all resentment and all insecurity and begin to replace those emotions and thoughts with hope, optimism, self-love, kindness, respect and appreciation.

NOW is the only time when you can change. No one else can do it for you, only you. Choose to let the success stories of others inspire you, and begin right now. One small though at a time, be gente, kind and loving toward yourself in the process.

Just say no – walk away

You are under no obligation to please the people that make you feel uncomfortable. Trust your emotions and honor yourself by following what feels like relief to you. Say no, walk away… there is no need for you to justify or explain. You are entitled to say no. You are entitled to walk away. ❤

Your days as a helpless victim or an angry abuser is over – it is time to feel good and enjoy your life!

Your life is YOUR LIFE. How you feel should be your number one priority on your every to do list. Everything else comes second after this, that is how important this aspect is. I asked a friend today how he felt about himself. He said he hated himself and that he has always hated himself. That, to me, is an important key to why everything else in his life is not working. He has been running around trying to fix all the broken pieces of his life without first tending to the most important part – the one that keeps all other pieces together: how you feel about yourself.

Even if you have spent your entire life hating yourself, it is never too late. All it takes is a willingness to feel better. That is it. As long as you want to feel better and want to find a way to feel better, you can. But you have to stop blaming your past, your parents, your teachers, your friends, your work, your boss, your lovers, your failures, your mistakes, your experiences and all other things you can think of to blame. Stop it. And stop blaming yourself!!!! You always do the best you can do given the circumstances, the knowledge you have at the time and the desires and beliefs you hold. That is ok! Make peace with all that has been and all that is. Focus 100% on you now, on how you want to feel.

Take it one small gentle step at a time, one moment at a time. Listen to what you say about yourself to others and in your own mind. Are those loving, supportive and optimistic words? If not, begin to change your words ever so slightly in a more loving and kind way.

How you view yourself and what you think about yourself affect every single aspect of you, your body, your health and your entire life – and you can do something about it! In fact, you are the only one who can do something about it! No one else can enter your mind and think your thoughts for you, no matter how well-meaning they are. You can find inspiration in other people´s stories and in their words – but you have to do the work. It is an inside job, you are 100% in control of this, you are in charge and you can begin right now.

They are not victims!

It can feel really hard to see a loved one go through difficulties. Especially if they withdraw and don´t want to change. But you have to remind yourself that they have equal access to source as everyone else on the planet, and they have equal access to the ever present guidance that flows from within – all they have to do is want to feel better and they will begin to hear it.

You cannot make them change their mind, that is not your job. You cannot arrange everything around them in pleasing ways so that they will feel better – feeling better has to come from within, otherwise they grow dependent on seeing pleasing things around them and will not have a stable emotional balance to stand on when bad things happen.

It is not your job to make them feel better, however, you can be of immense value to them by teaching by your example! Be the stable, loving, good-feeling, shining light of unconditional happiness that you truly are and see them as the free and empowered being you know they really are. They are not victims! They are strong, capable, free and empowered beings who have temporarily lost their emotional balance because of the way they have been thinking and focusing. But they CAN do something about that! And when they begin to realize that, they will begin to get their sense of freedom and empowerment back.

Never give up! It is never too late, there is always hope ❤

Today I did it. I told the story of my life – about all the difficulties I have been through and how I turned my life around – for a room full of co-workers. I was so nervous I was shaking as I began, but I managed brilliantly to tell the whole story without crying.

This is the first time I have told my whole story to more than just one or two people at the same time. Afterwards I felt so much relief. To finally be able to speak up for myself, to tell my story and share these dark moments that I have kept hidden within for over three decades now. So powerful.

Never give up. No matter what you have been through in your life or how difficult it might seem at the moment, you can feel good again because you can improve your thinking and therefore you can improve every aspect of your life. ❤

Wake up, live life intentionally – like you love yourself!

I will be silenced no more. No more hiding the truth in order to protect my abusers. I left my insecurities a long time ago, I will never go back.

I will be silenced no more. No more protecting my abusers in order to sooth them. No more. I left all guilt and blame a long time ago.

I will be silenced no more. I will never again blame myself when someone tries to hurt me – I left my self-doubt and self-hatred a long time ago.

I will rise from the ashes, more free, more empowered, more confident, more at peace, more loving, more beautiful and stronger than ever before.

I will no longer bleed in silence. I will no longer cry in silence. I embrace all that I am – past, present and future – with love. I am ready. ❤

I got an exciting assignment at work 😊

Today I went back to work again, and one of my bosses asked me to do something really exciting: She wanted me to talk to all her teachers at a meeting next week. She wanted me to tell them my story, what I have been through and how I managed to turn my entire life around. How cool!

I really look forward to this! I feel so blessed to have such caring bosses that really value me and my talents. I feel so appreciated. 💖

Never give up my dear ❤

No matter what you have been through or how bad you feel – you can improve your life and feel good again. It all begins with you and your thoughts. This is where you make the change – the circumstances might be far from how you want them to be but it does not matter. It has to be an emotional journey first, then you will view everything in a new light.

All those difficulties can actually inspire you to now become stronger, more confident, more happy, more free and more empowered. There is value in everything but it all begins with you and the thoughts you choose. Your perspective is what makes all the difference. ❤

My blog is my safe haven. This is where I share not only my joy, my passion and my desires but also where I share what works for me and how I transformed my life.

I have been sexually abused multiple times, physically abused, mentally abused, had an alcoholic father, I had eating disorders, been bullied, my mother died when I was 18 and my father died when I was 24 years old… I hated myself for almost 3 decades and had no self-esteem… but managed to save myself by changing my thinking. Little by little, step by step. All by myself.

And I succeeded. I have a very strong self-esteem and I have manifested so many things around me that I love. My life continues to improve all the time. I have two babies that I love and adore, a job I love, a cozy big house, a nice car, the body of my dreams… but all those things are just bonuses. The really important thing is that I feel so much better. I no longer have the victim mentality but an empowered way of viewing life. I am not always on top emotionally – it is a never ending journey – but most of the time I feel really good. This blog is where I share what works for me and what I believe.

My blog now has more than 1900 followers and has had over 527 550 views. This is incredible. Thank you all for the love and appreciation you give me everyday. I truly value you all. I am so happy that you are with me and that you enjoy my blog, it means a lot to me. Thank you.
