Love your figure – but your figure is not the reason for your love! ❤

The body you have been given this lifetime is your treasure. It is the body that has been your home since you were born and will be until you die – treat it with loving care. ❤

I celebrate my body. I celebrate my curves and edges. I have learned to love myself, my body and my personality, unconditionally. Was it easy? No! Has the love you feel or not feel for yourself to do with your body shape, size and weight? No! I hated myself the first 24 years of my life. I absolutely loathed myself – all aspects of myself. I had the same body shape, size and weight then as I do now.

It is not my body that makes me feel this way or that way – it is the thoughts and the perspectives I choose to view life from.

The storms will not destroy you but strenghten you ❤

There might be storms raging around you, but if you can find relief in your thoughts and keep your emotional balance then the storms will not destroy you but strenghten you. ❤

Abuse comes from inner pain 💖

I believe there is goodness everywhere. I believe everyone has goodness within. Evil deeds and hate come from people who are also hurting within. But the pain when you are hurting within can only be relieved when you do something about your own thinking. But most people are so consumed by this pain and feel so powerless in their perspective that they lash out in anger or become deeply depressed.

Many people turn to substances, food or harmful behaviour in order to numb their own inner pain. But the numbness is only temporary – the way to allow your mind and body to heal is by changing your thinking. That is where lasting change happens.

It is not a quick fix, it takes time and patience. One little step at a time. But it is possible to change. A habit is only a belief you have been practicing – and a belief is only a thought. The little daily thoughts have more impact on you, your habits, your limitations and your opportunities than you can even begin to imagine. When you start with the thoughts, you start at the root of the visible problem. That is where you find the solution. A little shift goes a long way. 💖

You always have a choice ❤

Wouldn’t it feel great to look at what went right, speak of what you enjoyed most, listen to what excites you and focus on the things that feel best to you?

Imagine the relief if you stopped complaining about your situation, if you stopped telling others about the difficulties. Let it inspire you to talk more about what you have learned from this experience and how you want it to play out next time...

It might seem like an insignificant change of focus but it is the most valuable change you could ever make!

Everything – no matter how big or small – began with a tiny thought. When you change your thoughts you will change what happens to you as well, that is how powerful your focus is! ❤

How can I turn my mood around?

Well, if you feel off and you really want to feel better – don´t force yourself. Be very gentle and kind to yourself. Remember that all emotions are good! You are not bad or less valuable if you feel bad today, or this week, this month, this year or if you have felt bad your entire life. It is only emotions and they are part of our human experience. No judgement in that. However, if you really want to feel better then you have to begin changing your perspective a little. How you feel is always about the perspecitive you choose to have at any given moment – the thoughts you choose to think. You don´t feel bad your entire life because of something that happened when you were six years old – you feel bad because of the thoughts you choose to think NOW. And you can change that! There are always different ways of looking at everything!

The little daily thoughts you think affect everything about you. Not only your mood, your attitude but also what you see in others, how you view the experiences you have and what actions and words you choose.

The little daily thoughts might seem insignificant but they are the most valuable keys to why you feel the way you do. If you feel sad or depressed, you have not been thinking good-feeling thoughts about yourself or your life. However, you cannot turn around all at once – but you don’t have to. It is enough that you slow the negative momentum by acknowledging that you feel bad, acknowledge that you want to feel better and then begin to sooth yourself into making peace with where you are. That is enough.

When you have made peace with where you are you have allowed yourself some relief. From there you can begin to open up your perspective in a more general way by soothing yourself further. Make yourself feel that is is ok, that how you feel is alright. Then begin to look for something that feels a little bit better to you. Perhaps you enjoyed the food you ate for lunch, perhaps you liked the sweater your co-worker was wearing today, perhaps you enjoyed that moment when a friend made you laugh, perhaps you liked the way your hair looked this morning… begin to look for little things everywhere you go that you enjoy. Make more room for those things in your mind. Let those tgood-feeling things sooth you further and begin to enjoy focusing on more things that feel good.

It is enough with gentle steps. One step at a time. There is no rush. Allow yourself some time to gently lean in a more good-feeling direction. It is enough.

Are you a grumpy old toad? Well, it is a choice – and you can choose differently!

Isnt it amazing that our thoughts have such power? What you choose to think affects your mood, your behaviour and the action you choose to participate in.

Even if you have been a grumpy old toad your entire life, you can still choose different thoughts now and as you continue to do so you can go from being the most negative person you know to the most loving, caring, sweet and positive person you know. It is all up to you. And it really, only is about the little daily choices you make, the choices of thoughts – and you can do something about that.

How to attract the outcome you desire

Use your imagination! Imagine the outcome you desire. Imagine how everything works out even better than you desired it too! How would that make you feel? Focus on that feeling and enjoy take pleasure from that.

Allow the reality of it to be as it is while you lovingly acknowledge that all things are possible, everything can turn out even better than you can imagine. Trust and believe that everything will work out beautifully well for you and continue to enjoy the desired outcomes in your imagination.

This is a beautiful way to gently shift your perspective on the topic and when you shift your perspective, your reality will shift to match it as well.
