Take a break from all that you are

Take a break from who you are and who you have been. Take a break from all the complaining, and all the criticism. Take a break from pointing out flaws in others, and take a break from disliking yourself.

Take a break. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and relax. Breathe out all the old ways and breathe in new, fresh, positive, loving perspecives.

Give yourself a break – you have been doing the best you could. Allow yourself the ease of making peace with it all and start fresh and new in this moment.

I want to press the “Leave Game” button ❤

Somedays I wish life was like a video game, then I could press the “Leave Game” button and choose a completely different character. ❤

However, this is not a video game. This is my life. I will try to make the best of where I am and sooth myself into feeling a little relief.

Never give up my dear ❤

No matter what you have been through or how bad you feel – you can improve your life and feel good again. It all begins with you and your thoughts. This is where you make the change – the circumstances might be far from how you want them to be but it does not matter. It has to be an emotional journey first, then you will view everything in a new light.

All those difficulties can actually inspire you to now become stronger, more confident, more happy, more free and more empowered. There is value in everything but it all begins with you and the thoughts you choose. Your perspective is what makes all the difference. ❤

Mistakes that bring you to your knees

When you have made the same mistakes a thousand times and you feel like you just want to give up; sooth yourself into remembering that it is ok! You are doing the best you can with the knowledge and awareness you have at the time.

Don’t beat up on yourself for the mistakes you have made, no matter how many times you have made them or how seemingly wrong they are. Punishing yourself by feeling guilt or blame will only make things worse. Love yourself unconditionally and give yourself the opportunity to start again, right now – fresh and new.

Keep focusing on how you want to behave, how you want to feel and the desired outcome. See yourself succeeding with what you desire, see yourself being the person you want to be. Embrace yourself and believe in yourself. You can change, you can choose differently and you can succeed.

When you drift off into your own darkness

It is ok to drift off into your own darkness from time to time. Remember to allow yourself to feel as you feel – don’t judge yourself or criticise yourself because you don’t feel good right nowchoose to back away from all the specifics of what is going on and just gently sooth and distract yourself into some relief.

It is ok to feel bad. It doesn’t make you a bad person! You are human – all emotions are valuable and they are all a big part of your experience. 

This too shall pass. Think of your emotions as the air you breathe. Sometimes you breathe in air that does not feel so good – just take a new breath of cool, clear fresh air (=relief) and you will begin to feel better again.
