What do you like? What makes you happy? What do you enjoy most in life? What rings your bells?

Stop listening to the peanut gallery around you – and yes they are ALL part of the peanut gallery. There is not one other person who thinks the same thoughts you do, who have your unique set of beliefs and desires – therfore there is no one and nothing outside of yourself who can accurately guide you on your path. It is ultimately an inside job. You are 100 % in charge. Others might inspire you, but YOU are the one who CHOOSES what to be inspired by. Listen to what resonates with you and follow that. You were born with an inner guidance, it is time you start listening to it. ❤


Let all your past experiences fuel your inner desire

You are under no obligation to be the same person you were 10 years ago, 1 year ago, 1 month ago, 1 week ago or even 1 day ago.

Who you are is based on the thoughts you choose to think now. You can always begin to choose other thoughts that more accurately reflect who you want to be, now.

Your past is over and done with and need not affect you negatively at all. You can choose to let all your past experiences fuel your inner desire and let it inspire you to focus more clearly on who you now know you want to be and what you now know you want to experience. ❤

You don’t need likes, views or shares to know what is beautiful, right and good! ❤

Listen to that inner voice of excitement, joy, passion and love! That is what following your bliss means. Follow what calls you.

Don’t let doubt block you from living the life of your dreams! Stop listening to the peanut gallery! Stop looking for likes, views and others opinions for approval and validation.

If you think it looks beautiful, it does. If you think it looks like fun, it is. If you think it is a good idea, it is. Trust your own opinions and begin to value how you feel and what you feel drawn to. You have an inner guidance for a reason. ❤


Their opinion of you is all about themselves ❤

We all see the world and others through our own perspective. What you see in others is always affected by your thoughts, beliefs and desires.

Never let someone else’s opinion of you get you down for more than a brief moment – remind yourself that their negativity is always an accurate reflection of their inner pain. Whether they are aware of it or not. Their pure appreciation is always an accurate reflection of their inner state of love. Their hatred or their love has nothing to do with you, what you look like or what you do but everything to do with what is active within themselves. ❤


The one thing that hurt me the most and ripped me apart ❤

It was not the sexual abuse, it was not the physical abuse, it was not the mental abuse, it was not the eating disorders, it was not the bullying, it was not the loneliness, it was not my alcoholic parents, it was not the deaths of my parents… or any of the other things that happened to me.

I was the one who let the opinions of others affect my opinion of me, which ripped me apart.

And I was the one who decided to start liking myself again.

No matter what – YOU – have all the power you will ever need within. ❤


Anger management – a reliefgiving perspective

You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.

I love this quote because it says so much. There is no judgement or punishment outside of you – the real punishment is the negative emotions themselves and the toll they take on your mental health, your physical health and everything else that matters to you.

Harboring anger, letting it grow within and letting it burst out from your every cell – that is extremely detrimental to you.

Even though you think life sucks and that you think those aspects need to change in order for you to feel good… even though you feel completely justified in your anger – it is still very deterimental to you. Let it go. See your anger as hot inner flames that you are choosing to breathe out when you feel them burn within. Let the cool, clear and fresh relief wash through you and cool you down, gently. It is not worth it – just let it go.


Love your figure – but your figure is not the reason for your love! ❤

Whatever your body shape, size and weight might be – practice loving yourself unconditionally. You are more than your body – you are endless and eternal.

The body you have been given this lifetime is your treasure. It is the body that has been your home since you were born and will be until you die – treat it with loving care. ❤

I celebrate my body. I celebrate my curves and edges. I have learned to love myself, my body and my personality, unconditionally. Was it easy? No! Has the love you feel or not feel for yourself to do with your body shape, size and weight? No! I hated myself the first 24 years of my life. I absolutely loathed myself – all aspects of myself. I had the same body shape, size and weight then as I do now.

It is not my body that makes me feel this way or that way – it is the thoughts and the perspectives I choose to view life from.
