How to make the right choice when your entire future depends on it ❤

First off, play it down. Don’t make it such a big hairy deal – because it isn’t. No matter what. Your life will always improve no matter what choices you make, as long as you make the best of where you are, have an open mind and stop second quessing your choices. Just choose one thing and think about all the positive aspects with that choice – make it the best choice for you, for what you desire right now, and it will be the best choice for you. It is that simple.

There is no value ever in beating yourself up over what you might call mistakes that you have made or that you are making. Instead, sooth yourself by acknowledging that you are always doing the best you can given the knowledge, understanding, awareness, beliefs, desires and emotional state you are in at any given moment.

So, what choices are you faced with right now? They might be small, every day choices, or seemingly bigger ones. Just start to lighten up about it. Relax. What ever you decide to choose, make it the best choice for you right now. ❤

A new beginning – let go of all complaints ❤

Let today be a new beginning for you. Stop all your critisim and negative words about others and yourself. Stop yourself in the middle of a sentence if you catch yourself beginning to complain. Back up, go more general and lean in a more positive direction. If it is not possible to do so, be silent or change the subject. Don’t add to the negative momentum. If there is negative aspects then there is the other side of it to focus on, what you do want, what you do prefer and what you do like.

Let your words be filled with love, appreciation and positivity. Let the words you speak enhance feelings of freedom and empowerment. ❤

Soothing words 

You don’t have to pretend to feel good! ❤

You are good enough! You do not have to pretend to feel good, it is ok to feel anger, rage, frustration and sadness. All emotions are part of the human experience and of course it feels better to feel positive emotions but you are not bad or wrong because you feel bad! 

Be easier on yourself, relax and distract yourself for a while. Make peace with your negative emotions and allow yourself to find some relief.

When you drift off into your own darkness

It is ok to drift off into your own darkness from time to time. Remember to allow yourself to feel as you feel – don’t judge yourself or criticise yourself because you don’t feel good right nowchoose to back away from all the specifics of what is going on and just gently sooth and distract yourself into some relief.

It is ok to feel bad. It doesn’t make you a bad person! You are human – all emotions are valuable and they are all a big part of your experience. 

This too shall pass. Think of your emotions as the air you breathe. Sometimes you breathe in air that does not feel so good – just take a new breath of cool, clear fresh air (=relief) and you will begin to feel better again.  

Spend your time enjoying who you are with


Bask in your alone time and revel in the moments you spend with others. It matters not if you are alone or with others – you can still make the best of where ever you are and you can still glow and thrive in all environments.
