It is ok to want to run away and hide from the world for a while. Find your safe haven, even if it is just in your mind, – and give yourself some mental rest.

It can be unbearable to be around people sometimes, especially if you are a highly sensitive introvert. Then it is extra important to be kind to yourself and allow yourself some space to breathe.

We are all doing the very best we can, given the circumstances, experiences, beliefs, desires and emotional state we are in. There is no value in condemnation, not even of the most ” bad” or “wrong” people you can think of. Holding on to resentment only wears you down. Letting go, forgiving and moving on in peace – those are valuable steps you can take, no matter the situation. We teach by the clarity of our own example – hate only breeds more hate, unconditional love is the answer.

Hide away from the world for a while – reset, recharge and refocus 🌱

It is ok to hide away from the world for a while, to back away from all the noice and allow your mind and body some rest.

You don’t have to explain or justify, just allow yourself the time you need to reset, refocus and recharge. If they were not by your side when life was beating you up, they could not possibly understand how tired you are on the inside. Listen with love to your body’s messages, allow yourself the time you need to rest. One step at a time. 🌱
