Release your desire for their approval ❤

Oh yes 😎

Are you weird? That is your strenght!

Weird, different and don’t fit in? Awesome! Keep being you

Never change yourself in order to fit in to their version of how life should be lived

Let them follow their own truth. Let them believe in what works for them. Never ever compare yourself to them or change yourself in order to fit in to their version of how life should be lived – we are not supposed to be the same! We are all unique, not just in appearance and personality – but in our preferences, desires and beliefs as well! That is why your choices have to be made while listening to your own inner guidance, not the opinions of others.

🌻 Your path and your choices are unique to you 🌻

Follow your heart and walk your own path. We are all unique and different in our beliefs and desires about life, therfore your path and your choices are unique to you.

We are not supposed to all live the same way, to choose the same things and to like the same things – and that is the best part of life! Listen to what feels right and good to you, let that be your guiding light and lovingly allow others to follow their own calling as well.

Love being who you are

Embrace who you are in all your unique splendor. Never try to dim or change your light in order to fit in. Love being who you are. We are not supposed to look the same, we are not supposed to have the same personalities, we are not supposed to like the same things.

We are all unique and beautiful in our own ways – life is supposed to be enjoyed in ways that call you. And only you can know what calls you. But you have to listen. Guidance is always with you, always within. But if you try to dim your own light in order to fit in, you also dim that voice within. But only temporarily, the moment when you begin to care about how you feel and what you like – you will feel your inner guidance stronger than ever again. ❤

Follow the crowd and their expectations? No more

You don’t have to follow the crowd. You don’t have to live your life in ways others expect you to. There is not only one right way of doing anything – there are endless right ways and you get to choose what works best for you.

People may expect you to be social, be a mother in a certain way or perhaps they expect you to marry. It doesn’t matter what it is that they or society or the world expects you to do or choose. What do you want? This is your life, and you get to choose how you want to live it.

There is no point in trying to be a people pleaser because when you do something you don’t feel called to doing, just to please someone else, you go against yourself and it is detrimental to your emotional health and even your physical health.

Start valuing yourself by listening to how you feel and choose what feels better to you. Sooth yourself by acknowledging that there truly is no right or wrong way to do anything. You get to choose. As long as you feel good it will be of value to you and everyone else as well. You can harm no one when you are true to who you are by honoring how you feel and following your bliss.

Honor yourself by saing NO if it feels off to you ❤

Be kinder to yourself! Don’t force yourself to behave in ways that please others – honor yourself by following your inner guidance.

If it feels off to you, it is off! It doesn’t matter if every friend you have thinks you should do it or if your boss or your lover wants you to do something – if it feels less than good to you it is detrimental to you.

Whenever you do something you don’t really want to, you are hurting yourself. It is actually more benefical for you to be “rude” and say “no, I don’t want to do it” than to swallow your resentment, go against yourself and do it even though you don’t want to – just to please someone else.

It is time for you to start liking yourself, caring about yourself and start valuing your desires and beliefs. When you care about yourself and your wellbeing first, you will be of most value to everyone else as well
