It is never too late and it is never hopeless ❤

When you break down after having had an awful reaction to an unwanted situation, gently sooth yourself into feeling relief. It is ok to mess up. It is ok to lose control and get upset. But it doesn’t feel good so now is the time to sooth yourself into making peace with what happened and then begin to focus on how you want to react and how you want to feel next time.

It is never too late and it is never hopeless. The time to start again is now. Believe in yourself and believe in your goodness and you will rise above and succeed.

A habit to let go of in order to live the life of your dreams

New habits


Even a chronic complainer can become the most good feeling, positive person on the planet! You can let go of any habit you wish you let go of and you can lovinly create new good feeling habits instead. 

Take a moment to think about a habit you would like to let go of and then think of a new good feeling habit that you would love to replace it with. Think about how this new habit would feel to you, how much value and benefit it would bring you. Think about the joy and ease it would bring… continue to focus on this new habit and all the woulderful feelings it brings.

Take it one step at a time. When you are alone, always ease back into that general perspective of what you want and how good it would feel. Imagine it, feel it, dream about it. Use your inagination a few times during each day to enjoy moments when you succeed with this new habit. Revel in the delicious satisfaction.

You change a thought, a belief and a habit by giving all of your attention to the improved thought, the improved belief and the improved habit. What you give your attention to, you will get more of.
