We spent almost the entire day in bed πŸ’–πŸ€’

I am litterally never sick – but this week I fell really sick. I got a high fever all Monday, Tuesday and today. I stayed strong and kept working on Monday and Tuesday but today I could hardly make it out of the bed, at all. 🀣 Thankfully my boyfriend came home at around lunch time so I got a few hours to just rest in bed while he entertained my babies.

My babies both feel really well now and have a lot of energy. I am hopeful I will feel a lot better tomorrow, my aim is to go back to work then. My students are taking their final exam and I really want to be there for them.

  • I hope you have had a nice day.

Spending the day in bed πŸ€’

I am so happy I stayed home from work today. πŸ€’ We will spend the entire day in bed. ❀

A romantic Saturday – what should I wear? β€

I am so excited about this weekend! On Saturday my babies will spend the day and night at my brother’s place. This is the first time in over 6 months that we will get a day to ourselves, without our babies. I love my babies so much but it is so nice to spend some time alone with my boyfriend. ❀

We will go to a Spa, go shopping, eat at a beautiful restaurant, have some beers and spend the night at a comfortable hotel. ❀❀❀

I am not sure about what I will wear, this is my favourite dress at the moment though:

Perhaps I will choose it. The dress doesn’t really matter – we will have such a lovely time regardless. ❀

  • How often do you get to spend a day alone with your girlfriend/boyfriend?
  • What do you really look forward to doing with your loved one?

Early morning workout done β€

I have just completed this mornings workout (20minutes) and my two little babies are still sleeping!!! ❀❀❀ (6am here in Sweden)

Sweet and cozy dress for a tired day πŸ’™

I am so tired today, I would love to sleep an entire week. 😴😴😴

However, my two little babies are full of energy and wants to play so I will cheer myself up by wearing this sweet, cozy dress today and rest a bit – mentally – while my youngest baby takes his nap.

Why I work outΒ

I am a mother of two little babies. My baby boy is 1 year and 10 months old and my baby girl is 3 years old. I work out at home, 5 times a week. I choose to work out in the mornings around 5.30am when my babies are having their breakfast.

I work out because I love moving my body and I especially love the feeling of my muscles working and flexing.

I took this picture this morning, right before my workout. (Yes at 5.30) I love working out in the mornings because it fills me with so much energy for the rest of the day.

I follow the workouts from the former fitness model Belinda Benn – she is an amazing woman who started working out for the first time in her life when she was 37 and by the age of 46 she was a fitness model on the cover of many fitness magazines. Now she is 53 years old and she still has the most amazing, beautiful, sexy, firm, fit and toned body. She is my rolemodel.

An amazing vegan fitness inspirer complimented my physique! β€β€β€

Omg! One of my favourite fitness inspirer, who has an amazing physique, just wrote to me personally and complimented me on my physique! 😍😍😍

This was the picture I had posted, I took it a few hours ago.

I am feeling my hamstrings and quads todayΒ

Today I enjoyed this week’s first workout and I am feeling that awesome burning sensation in my muscles, especially my hamstrings and quads.

I love working out in the mornings. I usually spend 30 minutes, while my two babies are having their breakfast, working out on my carpet. It is a perfect way for me to begin my days because I get so much good energy from working out.

I got a photo shoot offer πŸ’–

Yesterday I was contacted by a man who wanted me to be in his photo shoot project – how cool is that!!! Of course I lovingly turned the offer down, but it feels pretty awesome to get these kinds of offers from all over the place. I am seriously thinking about taking some professional physique photoes some day… that would be cool. πŸ’–
