When you wake up from a terrible nightmare in the middle of the night, and you realize you cannot fall back to sleep – take a few moments to appreciate the nightmare. Appreciate that it made you aware that you have fears within you, that you feel insecure and afraid – and then be kinder to yourself. Sooth yourself and love yourself exactly as you are, fears and everything. You don’t have to wait until you feel better in order to love yourself – choose to love yourself now. That is the key to all improvements you desire – how you feel about yourself. If you can change how you feel about yourself, without anything else changing, now everything in your life will change. ❤️

Loving your body unconditionally is one of the most healing things you can do in a society where you are constantly judged based on what you look like and what you choose to wear.
It doesn’t matter if you wear baggy clothes or tight clothes, if you weigh more or less than you want to weigh, if you have a very curvy body or if you are really fit. A body is just a body – natural and normal.
Why not just be proud of who you are, no matter what you look like. All those features that stand out about you is what makes you, you. Those who judge will always judge, you can’t change in enough ways in order to please them all. Just be yourself.
