Make peace with your past. No matter what you did, you did the best you could from the place of awareness, knowledge and the emotional state you were in. That was then, this is now.

Let your past serve you by letting it inspire you to now focus more clearly on who you want to be, how you want to feel and how you want to act.

Everything that happens can be of beautiful value to you if you only let it. It is only a matter of perspective – and you are 100% in charge of your perspective. ❤

Lovingly allow yourself to be as you desire to be 🌼

Listen to your body, and follow what makes your body feel good.

Pay attention to what brings you joy, and do more of those things.

Value what feels better to you emotionally and sooth yourself into relief.

Take loving, sweet and gentle care of yourself, mind, body and spirit – and most importantly, allow yourself to be as you desire to be.

Fill your heart, body and soul with love ❤

Love the skin you are in. Love those who love you and hold nothing but love in your heart for those who disapprove of you.

There would be no hospitals and no prisons if we knew this ❤

Keep following your bliss, keep listening to your own inner guidance. Allow others to follow the paths that call them and allow them to choose what they believe in. Allow yourself to choose differently.

We are all unique and we all have different ideas, views, beliefs, experiences and desires. What feels right to you might be very different from what someone else would consider to be right about the situation. Embrace your differences and allow yourself to listen to your inner guidance and let it guide you.

This is an interesting view on how to see your difficulties. Everything can be of value and everything can inspire you to become stronger as a person. You can find value in everything that happens to you – including the behaviour of others – especially those who treat you badly.

Those who love you and always approve of you and what you do don’t teach you to love unconditionally. They are just easy to appreciate and love because they act in loving ways. But those who behave in deterimental ways, they are your true inspirers and teachers of unconditional love and unconditional happiness. If you can find your way to love again and to feel happy again – even though they did this awful thing now you are free. You don’t need them to behave in ways that please you, in order to feel pleased. What an empowered gift! ❤❤❤
