We are feeling good πŸ˜Ž

Magic happened while I was sleeping because when I woke up this morning I felt really good again! No fever, no nausea – just pure energy and eagerness to get the day started. We spent the entire morning outside, I did some work in the garden while my baby boy helped me out.

I felt so good I even worked out! Felt awesome.

Tomorrow I will go back to work again and my baby boy will go back to the day care centre.

We are doing rather well πŸŒ±

I am blessed for having the opportunity to just stay in bed all day. This experience will strenghten my immune system. I have been able to drink a few glasses of rice milk today, and kept it so far which is awesome. I feel my strenght returning, slowly but steadily. I even went up and took a shower an hour ago. This is going great and I look forward to an entire day at home tomorrow too. 🌱

My baby girl 😍 and a fresh new week ahead

I spent most of the day in bed with my baby boy while my boyfriend and my baby girl were visiting some friends. I think she had a lot of fun.

I am looking forward to a new week, new energy, new healthy attitude and a lot of fun. Tomorrow there will be no students in school, they have a day off while we teachers have a day full of interesting meetings and planning. I really like the idea of going to work tomorrow, it will be nice and easy.

All meals of the day are delicious, freeing and empowering meals β€

I love eating whatever I desire. It gives me such a feeling of freedom and empowerment. I wish I had known it was this easy when I was a little girl, before all my insecurities hit. But, better late than never. And most importantly – this way of eating is not not just freeing and empowering for me but for my two babies as well! They see how much I love food – all food – and how much I love my body.

What a brilliant way this is. And it works so beautifully. My babies follow their inspiration and are indeed loving all kinds of food. This photo was taken today when we were at Mc Donalds – nothing special, just a delicious meal like all other meals of the day. ❀❀❀❀❀

I follow my pleasure scale – what food do I desire the most, at the moment? That is what I choose. I eat as long as it feels really satisfying, when the feeling is not that exciting anymore, I stop.

I know my body is healthy, strong, flexible and fit. It can make excellent use of what ever I choose to lovingly give it. Because that is the key. You must love your body and love the food you choose to give it. It is all mind over matter.

My arms are getting stronger and stronger. I am more flexible than I have ever been. I have not stood like this since I was a little girl – but now I can. And it is easy. πŸ˜„β€β€β€

Rewire your brain to be calmer and more loving β€

One step at a time. Healthy, loving, caring, beautiful and freeing new habits all start with a small step. That is all that is needed for change. A small baby step today. A small baby step tomorrow.

Never give up! Be even kinder and more patient with yourself. Love yourself more and be your own cheer leader. One tiny step at a time. It is enough that you want to change, that you want to feel better. Keep thinking about how you want to feel, how you want to act and imagine pleasurable scenarios where you see yourself succeed.

Fill your mind with images of your success, feelings of your desired outcomes and thoughts filled with love and appreciation. ❀
