Our last Wednesday at home β€

On Friday I will go back to work again… but it is ok. It is only 10 weeks left until our next vacation week πŸ˜…. Until then we will make the best of our time together.

This was my delicious breakfast.

This is the outfit I wore this morning – it is 30 degrees again β˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈ.

And this is our very delicious lunch that we are enjoying right now.

Enjoy your day!

How to rewire the chemistry of your body

Early morning pilates

Last night there was a magnificent thunderstorm with lots of rain, it was so cozy to lay in bed and listen to the rain. It only lasted a couple of minutes but it was so benefical for the trees, grass, bushes, and flowers to get some rain…. and for me πŸ˜‚, I always feel really good when it rains.

It is going to be another awesome day. We began with an early breakfast together and then we went outside to play. I actually took some time to workout outside while my babies played.

I wish you an awesome day as well. πŸ’–

Genius Food

My grandmothers got dementia and alzheimers, one of my grandfathers died from some disease when he was very young (my mother was in her early 20s when he died), my other grandfather died in cancer, my mother died in cancer when I was 18, my father died from a heart attack a few years after that….

I have always been interested in everything that has anyhing to do with health, wellness, wellbeing, diet, exercise and food. This brilliant boon by Max Lugavere is one of the best books I have ever read within this field. I strongly recommend it to anyone who has ever known anyone with dementia or alzheimers – and to everyone else as well. If you are interested in thriving and being healthy all through your life, read this book!

There is no supplement, diet, medicine or exercise regimen that is as powerful as this:

Your beliefs and thoughts are wired into your biology. They become your cells, tissues, and organs. There’s no supplement, no diet, no medicine, and no exercise regimen that can compare with the power of your thoughts and beliefs. That’s the very first place you need to look when anything goes wrong with your body.”

Christiane Northrup

The cure – more pleasure, playful action and zest for life!

“When people become ill, worried or fearful, one of the first symptoms of trouble is a lack of pleasure, a gradual discontinuance of playful action, an over-concentration upon personal problems. In other words, illness is first often marked by a lack of zest or exuberance.”

Seth (Jane Roberts), ‘The Way Toward Health’, Session April 10th, Page 172

We are feeling good πŸ˜Ž

Magic happened while I was sleeping because when I woke up this morning I felt really good again! No fever, no nausea – just pure energy and eagerness to get the day started. We spent the entire morning outside, I did some work in the garden while my baby boy helped me out.

I felt so good I even worked out! Felt awesome.

Tomorrow I will go back to work again and my baby boy will go back to the day care centre.

Enjoy your day.

We are doing rather well πŸŒ±

I am blessed for having the opportunity to just stay in bed all day. This experience will strenghten my immune system. I have been able to drink a few glasses of rice milk today, and kept it so far which is awesome. I feel my strenght returning, slowly but steadily. I even went up and took a shower an hour ago. This is going great and I look forward to an entire day at home tomorrow too. 🌱

My baby girl 😍 and a fresh new week ahead

I spent most of the day in bed with my baby boy while my boyfriend and my baby girl were visiting some friends. I think she had a lot of fun.

I am looking forward to a new week, new energy, new healthy attitude and a lot of fun. Tomorrow there will be no students in school, they have a day off while we teachers have a day full of interesting meetings and planning. I really like the idea of going to work tomorrow, it will be nice and easy.

  • What are you looking forward to about tomorrow?

All meals of the day are delicious, freeing and empowering meals β€

I love eating whatever I desire. It gives me such a feeling of freedom and empowerment. I wish I had known it was this easy when I was a little girl, before all my insecurities hit. But, better late than never. And most importantly – this way of eating is not not just freeing and empowering for me but for my two babies as well! They see how much I love food – all food – and how much I love my body.

What a brilliant way this is. And it works so beautifully. My babies follow their inspiration and are indeed loving all kinds of food. This photo was taken today when we were at Mc Donalds – nothing special, just a delicious meal like all other meals of the day. ❀❀❀❀❀

I follow my pleasure scale – what food do I desire the most, at the moment? That is what I choose. I eat as long as it feels really satisfying, when the feeling is not that exciting anymore, I stop.

I know my body is healthy, strong, flexible and fit. It can make excellent use of what ever I choose to lovingly give it. Because that is the key. You must love your body and love the food you choose to give it. It is all mind over matter.
