Awesome late night work out – the soreness is divine

I did some pilates this evening, and I absolutely love the delicious soreness in my legs right now! I love how good it feels to use, stretch and truly activate my muscles. Awesome feeling! And yes I adore the shape and firmness of my body. ❤

🌸 Time for pilates ðŸŒ¸

I love my evenings, they are so magical. My babies are sleeping peacefully, my boyfriend is downstairs playing computer games… the entire house is still and silent.

I am going to enjoy some refreshing pilates. I love the way it makes my muscles feel. It is intense, yet relaxing at the same time since I am lying down while I do it. I love the soreness in my legs afterwards, and it is so effective. Feels like it lazer targets every muscle I want to use. Brilliant.

A relaxing evening with yoga ðŸŒ¹

My baby boy still has a high fever and he threw up again right before bedtime. He is sleeping peacefully, for the time being, in my bed. Thankfully my baby girl is just as well as I am and my boyfriend. It is just my little baby boy who got the flu.

I will try to do some yoga now and just relax – if my baby boy still sleeps peacefully that is. 💖

I wish I could be sick instead of my baby… or at least that he gets well really quickly. ❤

Early morning workout – arms today ðŸ’ª

I feel so exhaused in the most delightful way 🤣. I love working out a few minutes in the morning. Today I focused on my arms and my upper body. I absolutely love the sore feeling in my muscles after a workout. My glutes are still deliciously sore from yesterday’s workout. 🍑

I have done the last workout for this week and now I look forward to two days of relaxing at home.

🤣 But I already look forward to the workouts next week because the feeling in my muscles after a workout is so awesome!!!

An awesome early morning workout â¤

I still feel that delicious sore sensation in my muscles since yesterday’s workout. This week I have started a new workout routine and I love how much fun it has been to change it up. I always change routine after 4 weeks, it is a very effective way to challenge your muscles.

Making the best out of a weird night/day

My boyfriend became really sick yesterday and during the night it just got worse so the ambulance had to come and take him to the emergency center. I just found out that they will transfer him to another hospital this afternoon. I hope everything goes well.

So, tonight I only slept 2 hours but we are making the best of the day anyway.

We bought some strawberries earlier today – my babies liked it so much. 😊

We will keep enjoying a cozy day at home and hopefully we will all sleep much better tonight. I am really tired so I only put on some comfortable trousers and a top today.

The delicious feeling after a workout 

I have completed the last workout of this week. My muscles have that delicious sensation that you get when you truly activate your muscles. ❤

Love your body

Loving your body is more than just doing what you believe is benefical for your body – it also means to stop all negative comments and negative thoughts about your body, no matter what. 

Work on how you FEEL about your body – no matter what you look like. Find thoughts of relief until you begin to find something about yourself that you sort of kind of like… and keep feeling for more thoughts of appreciation. Sooner than you thinl you will have shifted how you view your body, you will come to love yourself.

So many years I spent hating myself, hating my body and trying to hide myself from the world… well, no more! I have worked on how I view myself little by little and I have gone from having no self-esteem to feeling total love about all that I am. No more hinding. This is me. I love who I am, curves and all. ❤❤❤
