Friday is here ❤❤❤

There is something extra special about Fridays – I have always loved the free Friday feeling. I know I was born on a Friday so perhaps it is my inner being that celebrates life a little extra these days 😉❤.

I have had an awesome day at work, I just got home and now I will change clothes and go get my two little babies from the day care centre. I so look forward to a playful and cozy afternoon with them. ❤❤

Afraid of carbs? No, I love carbs!

This is what my breakfast looks like. Two sandwiches with peanutbutter and jelly. I always have a big glass of rice milk with that. The other 7 sandwishes I bring to work – as snacks and lunch. (If I don’t eat lunch at a restaurant with my boyfriend like I did today: )

White rice was the foundation, then lots of gravy and vegetarian alternatives. Lovely!

When I get home in the afternoon we have dinner together – my plate is filled up with white rice, gluten free pasta or potatoes as a basis. I add a lot of gravy and veggies.

After dinner at home I always have two more sandwishes a few hours later, and a big glass of rice milk. Sometimes I also choose something else as a late night snack – it depends on if I get hungry again or not.

I am pretty much a carb lover – it is what suits me best. I always listen to my body and what I feel would be most delicious to me in the moment. I follow my bliss.

One last cozy day at home ❤

Today is the last day of our holiday week. We have been out playing in the snow and then playing inside.

I am wearing my favourite comfy clothes today – and will continue to wear them all day. 🌹

I look forward to tomorrow when we will get a baby sitter for the first time in 6 months. My babies will have so much fun and I and boyfriend will relax together at a spa, then eat delicious food, have some beers and then spend the night at a hotel.

But of course I will miss my two little babies a lot and I already – 🤣 – look forward to Sunday when we will pick them up again. ❤❤❤

A romantic Saturday – what should I wear? ❤

I am so excited about this weekend! On Saturday my babies will spend the day and night at my brother’s place. This is the first time in over 6 months that we will get a day to ourselves, without our babies. I love my babies so much but it is so nice to spend some time alone with my boyfriend. ❤

We will go to a Spa, go shopping, eat at a beautiful restaurant, have some beers and spend the night at a comfortable hotel. ❤❤❤

I am not sure about what I will wear, this is my favourite dress at the moment though:

Perhaps I will choose it. The dress doesn’t really matter – we will have such a lovely time regardless. ❤

Early morning workout – arms today 💪

I feel so exhaused in the most delightful way 🤣. I love working out a few minutes in the morning. Today I focused on my arms and my upper body. I absolutely love the sore feeling in my muscles after a workout. My glutes are still deliciously sore from yesterday’s workout. 🍑

A cozy and snowy day at home ❄❤

We spent sometime outside this morning. It is snowing like crazy outside and my babies had so much fun.

Now we will spend the rest of the day inside – just having a cozy and playful time together.

Without even thinking about it we all wear red today 🤣❤, kind of cute.

Whatever your body shape, size and weight might be – practice loving yourself unconditionally. You are more than your body – you are endless and eternal.

I celebrate my body. I celebrate my curves and edges. I have learned to love myself, my body and my personality, unconditionally. Was it easy? No! Has the love you feel or not feel for yourself to do with your body shape, size and weight? No! I hated myself the first 24 years of my life. I absolutely loathed myself – all aspects of myself. I had the same body shape, size and weight then as I do now.

It is not my body that makes me feel this way or that way – it is the thoughts and the perspectives I choose to view life from.

This week’s last workout 🌹

I have done the last workout for this week and now I look forward to two days of relaxing at home.

🤣 But I already look forward to the workouts next week because the feeling in my muscles after a workout is so awesome!!!

An awesome early morning workout ❤

I still feel that delicious sore sensation in my muscles since yesterday’s workout. This week I have started a new workout routine and I love how much fun it has been to change it up. I always change routine after 4 weeks, it is a very effective way to challenge your muscles.

New week – new workout routine ❤

This morning I started a new workout routine. I change it up every 4 weeks. As usual I do the exercises at home, in the early mornings on my carpet while my babies are having their breakfast.

I love working out in the mornings – those are the moments when I have the most energy and focus. I truly love Belinda Benn, my coach Haida and their awesome workouts. I only spend around 25 minutes, 5 mornings a week on my workouts and that suits me perfectly. Being a working mother of two little babies – I would not want to spend more time than that on working out. ❤🍑🌹❤
