An early morning workout (when you have kids 🤣)

I slept the entire night tonight! (5hours!!!!) It must be weeks since that happened last time. My babies slep peacefully the entire night. Now I feel rested and ready for my morning workout.

Only my two cats are up with me. 💖

But my babies woke up before I finished so we did the final moves together 🤣💖

The delicious feeling after a workout

I have completed the last workout of this week. My muscles have that delicious sensation that you get when you truly activate your muscles. ❤

Evenings are my favourite times

I actually treated myself to a long hot shower tonight, it feels like such a luxury to take a few minutes just for me.
Then I put on one of my favourite red sweaters. It feels so warm and cozy. When I feel a bit sad it always feels a little bit better if I change into some red clothes. 🤣 Really strange but it works every time. ❤

Now we will enjoy some time reading books together in bed. ❤

Take care of yourself tonight, do something you really like and allow yourself to just enjoy the moment. ❤

2018 – my year of yoga 🌻

In the very end of 2017 I felt an intense desire to begin with yoga. I have never tried it before but I adore the sexy, beautiful and most of all flexible bodies of the people who are really good at yoga. So as we entered 2018 I decided that I too shall become really good at yoga 😊.

I have now started with some basic moves and I love it! So relaxing, soothing and yet challenging and it really builds strenght in my muscles right away.

I started following an inspiring woman on youtube and instagram called Adriene Mishler ( just search for “yoga with Adriene” on Youtube). Best decision ever!

Why I work out

I am a mother of two little babies. My baby boy is 1 year and 10 months old and my baby girl is 3 years old. I work out at home, 5 times a week. I choose to work out in the mornings around 5.30am when my babies are having their breakfast.

I work out because I love moving my body and I especially love the feeling of my muscles working and flexing.

I took this picture this morning, right before my workout. (Yes at 5.30) I love working out in the mornings because it fills me with so much energy for the rest of the day.

I follow the workouts from the former fitness model Belinda Benn – she is an amazing woman who started working out for the first time in her life when she was 37 and by the age of 46 she was a fitness model on the cover of many fitness magazines. Now she is 53 years old and she still has the most amazing, beautiful, sexy, firm, fit and toned body. She is my rolemodel.

It is fun to be needed and loved but even better to be alone

It has been one of those days when I have had things going on, non-stop. It feels awesome that so many people come to me at work and want my guidance, and it feels even better to be so needed and loved by my two little babies at home – but I sure look forward to spending a few quiet hours alone tonight when my babies are sleeping.

An amazing vegan fitness inspirer complimented my physique! ❤❤❤

Omg! One of my favourite fitness inspirer, who has an amazing physique, just wrote to me personally and complimented me on my physique! 😍😍😍

This was the picture I had posted, I took it a few hours ago.

I am feeling my hamstrings and quads today

Today I enjoyed this week’s first workout and I am feeling that awesome burning sensation in my muscles, especially my hamstrings and quads.

I love working out in the mornings. I usually spend 30 minutes, while my two babies are having their breakfast, working out on my carpet. It is a perfect way for me to begin my days because I get so much good energy from working out.

Celebrate being who you are, curves and all ❤

I love the female body – everything about it is beautiful, sensual and magical. I choose to celebrate me, for being who I choose to be. I love my curves and I choose to feel love for everything that I am.

Please stop beating up on yourself and start liking yourself, as you are! I spent over 20 years hating myself and hating my body – it was not until I was 24 years old that I BEGAN improving how I felt about myself. But I succeeded in improving the way I viewed myself.

Here I am today, 10 years later, and I feel more at peace with myself and more confident than I have ever felt before. I learned to let go of guilt, blame and criticism and learned to find love for myself. True love, unconditional love. That is where I found unconditional happiness, empowerment and freedom as well.
