All the things you have been through, all the hurt, all the pain and all the injustice. Everything that once brought you to your knees in despair and everything that still haunts you daily – it can all heal with love. Learning to love yourself is the most important change you could ever do. Learning to love others and all of life will come natural to you once you begin to love yourself unconditionally. It starts with you and how you feel, and you can do something about that.


Soon I will relax, recover and replenish my energy – only 12 workdays left 🙏

There are only 12 workdays left of this semester, then my summer vacation will begin 😍. I will be free from work for 7 weeks, which I truly, truly look forward to. I am so happy that I have managed to keep working 100% every day, even after everything that has happened. However, I feel like these 7 weeks of summer vacation will be exactly what I need right now. I really need a break from my work, from the school building and most importantly from Friday’s at work. These 7 weeks will be my time to relax, recover and replenish my energy. 🙏

I feel the best when I am alone. I value my alone time so much, it feels like my entire being finds peace in those moments. Solitude is as valuable to me as the very air I breathe. Without it I would perish. I am hardly ever alone so when I get a few moments of being completely alone – I really enjoy it.

At work I am surrounded by my students and my co-workers at all times and at home I am surrounded by my two little babies and my boyfriend at all times 😂. I love my job and I love my two little babies but I love my alone time just as much.

It is important to make time for things that replenishes your energy, daily. It doesn’t have to be big things, little things can be just as valuable. And we are all unique, and we all like different things so listen to your body and seek that which replenishes your energy.

🌹 The perfect mindset – how to thrive under any and all circumstances 🌹

Perfection is not when everything is perfect and immaculate. Perfection is when you embrace it all, just as it is, and you make the best of it. That is the perfect mindset that will allow you to thrive under any and all circumstances.

Being alone replenishes my energy 🥰

The best moment of the evening is when my babies are sleeping peacefully and I get a few hours of me-time. I love my two little babies so much, but I also appreciate getting some quiet me-time every day. I replenish my energy every second I am alone, and when I can be alone in the quiet darkness of the night, it feels like I breathe life back into my body. I guess I am a bit of an introvert 🥰.

Tonight I will enjoy listening to some music and just relax in bed. Perfect evening 🙏.

Is it possible to appreciate the rude rascals in your life? Of course

How much do you appreciate the people you meet? Feeling appreciation for the ones you love is just as valuable as feeling appreciation for everyone else that you meet. No matter who it is, it might be your boss, a stranger on the bus or a chashier at a supermarket – begin practicing looking for things you like with everyone you meet. Yes, even the ones who hurt you.

Why is appreciation so valuable? Because not only will you begin to change your view on life to a more positive perspective, you will also begin to feel better.

I would like to begin practicing this right now. This week I interacted with a person who was really rude – but that is not how I wish to remember this person. Therefore I will think of three things about him that I appreciate:

1) He is confident

2) He knows what he wants

3) He smiles a lot


Begin to practice looking for 3 things you like with everyone you meet. With time you will notice that you automatically see things you like in everyone you look at and everyone you interact with.


Feel life coursing through your veins – let love and appreciation fill your heart tonight

As the sun sets tonight, be thankful that you made it through this day. You are still breathing, your heart is still beating – life is still coursing through your veins.

As you lay down tonight, put your hand on your chest and as you feel your heart beating peacefully, thank your body for taking such sweet care of you. Your body is amazing, your every cell is a miracle. Let love and appreciation fill your heart as you drift off to sleep tonight and lovingly allow your body, mind and soul some rest.

Fake it until you make it? Yes!

Some people claim that all programming of our beliefs is done before the age of 7. After that, everything we do and everything we get in life is because of those beliefs we hold in our subconscious mind.

Have you ever heard of Dr Bruce Lipton? He has written a lot on this topic and he has also made a lot of videos on cancer, health, beliefs and so on. It is really exciting stuff and it all comes down to the fact that the thoughts you choose to think and the perspectives you choose to have affects everything. Every single aspect of your life, including your body and your health, is a direct reflection of the beliefs you hold. Beliefs that were programmed into your subconscious mind before the age of 7 – but you can change it. A belief is nothing but a thought that you think a lot, and you can choose new thoughts on every topic that matters to you.

You don’t have to go back and try to figure out what went wrong and what negative beliefs you might have been programmed with – just look around at your life right now. In what areas of your life are you living what you desire? Well, in those areas you hold positive beliefs. In what areas of your life are you struggling? Well, in those areas you hold negative beliefs that affects the results you get.

So… how do you change it? Is it even possible? Of course. Just choose new thoughts that match your desired outcome and keep thinking them a lot, every day. Maybe even buy a notebook and write them down every day. Look at people who have what you desire, imagine having it, being it and doing it. In this way you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to accept new positive beliefs. And once your subconscious mind has accepted these new beliefs, it is a done deal.

A bad day is a good day ❤

There truly are no “bad” days – only days when you feel a bit worse and days when you feel a bit better. The day is not the reason why you feel as you do – your perspective is. The great thing about that is that you can do something about your perspective – regardless what is going on around you – and therefore you can do something about how you feel.

You are never a powerless victim doomed to feeling bad because of horrible circumstances. You can find value in every situation, and you can choose to let it nurture you as a solid foundation to grow from.
