A brand new day, a brand new you?

Yes! You are not the same person you were 40 years ago, you are not even the same person you were yesterday – you get to choose who you want to be, and you choose it in each new moment. If you feel like the same old person it is because you keep choosing the same old thoughts… thoughts turn into thought patterns, they turn into beliefs… your beliefs affect your choices and what you say and do…but it truly is nothing more than thoughts, and a thought can be changed.

Maybe you have been insecure or negative for 40 years but you dont have to keep that negative momentum going! Anytime you want to, you can start fresh and new, sort of like hitting a reset button. Who do you want to be? How do you want to feel?

Keep thinking about yourself as you desire to be and play with gentle general feelings such as: ”I want to feel at peace, I want to feel free, I want to feel happy, I want to feel optimistic, I want to feel confident, I want to feel empowered, I want to feel stable and sure…” Just keep thinking about how you want to feel and who you would like to be. Take it in small gentle steps, moment by moment. Lighten up! There is nothing serious going on here, you are supposed to have fun and enjoy life. Start listening to your heart and do more things that bring you joy and pleasure. Enjoy more, play more, laugh more – have fun with this game called life.

No one can take away energy from you or drain you of positive energy- it is you and your own thoughts that pull you down. You can look around at other people and blame them all you want but you are the one who is choosing to blame. Let that negative habit go. Stop calling people negative or positive and start focusing on your own emotional stability. If you feel good and feel stable in your emotional balance, you can keep your emotional balance easily even if everyone around you is very negative.

The control of how you feel is never placed outside of you, never in someone else’s hands and never in a situation how you feel is always, 100% in your control because it is always about your perception, your beliefs and your thoughts, and you can always do something about that!

School, work, errands, bills, responsibilities… just stop and remind yourself what REALLY matters ❤

Nothing matters more than how you feel. Nothing. It is so important that you are kind to yourself and that you love and value yourself.

When you care first and foremost about how you feel and you sooth yourself into feeling better, you take care of the foundation on which everything else in your life comes from. You take care of your body, your health and everything else that happens to you because you and your body reacts and responds differently depending on the emotional state you are in.

It is such a difference to stand in an unwanted situation from an emotional place of insecurity and powerlessness than to stand in the very same situation from an emotional place of empowerment and hopefulness. It is the difference between seeing the solutions or not, the difference between recovery or not. Your emotional state is that important. It lets you know exactly how beneficial or deterimental you current perspective is. Start paying attention, start listening to your own inner guidance and start soothing yourself into feeling better, unconditionally.

I woke up at 5am as usual and I am sooooooo tired. I love this feeling! I have had tons of energy every day and every night for several weeks now, but now the spell has finally broken and I feel tired again. It feels so good! I fell asleep really easy and really early last night – best feeling ever. ❤

Your body, your health and your entire life benefits from this ❤

How do you feel right now? That is all that truly matters! If you feel good, if you feel happy, satisfied, excited, optimistic, free and you are finding things in your now that you enjoy = you are in a state of allowing your life force, the energy, to flow freely to you and through you. Your body, your health and your entire life will benefit from that.

If you feel less than good, no matter how slight, you are resisting your life force, the energy. The worse you feel, the more you are resisting. This is very deterimental to your body, your health and your entire life.

What is it that affects if you allow or if you resist? Your thoughts! The thought you think right now. Not the thoughts you thought when you were 4 years old, or 14 or 54 but the thoughts you think right now – this very second. And you can choose and change the thoughts you think.

You have all the power you will ever need within you. It all comes down to the thoughts you think. Even beliefs you hold are nothing but practiced thoughts. You can choose slightly different thoughts every day – if you want to.

Make how you feel your top priority. How you feel is always an accurate reflection of the balance of thoughts you are currently thinking. You are supposed to thrive! You are supposed to enjoy life and feel good. Yes, life is all fun and games. ❤

All things that happen give you a valuable gift – everything can be viewed from a better-feeling perspective ⭐

Everything can be viewed from a better-feeling perspective. Everything. It is all just a matter of focus. Even the seemingly bad or evil things that happen – they all bring with them a wish and a desire for how things should have worked out instead and how they should work out next time. Give all your focus to the new desires and wishes that are born out of the contrast and you will have shifted your perception enough to be a part of the solution instead.

Are you focused on the solutions, the opportunities and the positive aspects or are you focused on the problems and the negative aspects? These are only different perspectives of the same topics.

Everything has positive and negative sides to it. How you choose to view the topic, the experience and the behavior will determine how you feel about it and what you attract from it.

Begin today to listen to your own inner dialogue and to the words you choose when you talk to others. Where is your main focus? Is it on the solutions and the positive aspects? If not, begin to shift your focus ever so slightly in a comfortable, relief-giving way.

Relax! You are not judged – you are loved unconditionally, eternally

Are you living the life of your dreams? Are you having the body you desire?

Are you choosing words that strenghten you? – words of praise, appreciation, likes, approval, optimism, fun and love…?

Or are you choosing words that weaken you? – complaining, worry, fear, disbelief, negativity, hate and pessimism…?

The words you speak, the thoughts you think and the concersations you have with others – no matter the topic and no matter how true or justified you are in what you are saying – either strenghten you or weaken you.

It is way more than just words! It is practiced focus of your energy. Are you letting it flow freely or are you blocking it?

If you are not sure – just look around you. Are you living the life of your dreams? Are you having the body you desire? Are you happy? The answers will let you know how you have been using your thoughts and words so far – up until this moment.

But what you are living can change, it can improve – and it starts with the thoughts and words you choose.
