A meeting with a light-hearted ray of sunshine and a grumpy old toad 🤣

When I am at a meeting it is fun to see how each person’s emotional balance is reflected accurately in the way that person looks, talks and acts. I am very sensitive to such things, I can sense a person’s mood and attitude very quickly.

This afternoon I was at a big meeting with lots of different people and one of them had such a beautiful, easy-going and joyful attitude – everything he said just made me smile. It was so much fun just to listen to this person and it was easy to feel this was a happy and empowered person.

The woman sitting next to him was a completely different story – her eyes, her face and her entire body radiated anger, irritation and grumpiness. Every word she spoke was a part of a complaint. I had to stop myself from smiling and I almost laughed out loud a few times because she was just like a subborn, grumpy little baby – who couldn’t see the good-feeling aspects, the value, the benefits and the solutions that were right in front of her.

Your attitude unlocks new perspectives or blocks you from seeing them. And you are 100% in charge of your attitude.

Why you have my heart, eternally ❤

I don’t fall for your beauty, for your body, for your face, for your eyes, for your hands, for your hair, for your smile, for your car, for your house, for your money, for your sexy attitude, for your experiences or for your personality – I don’t fall for any of those things. These things might look really nice, but these things are irrellevant for my feelings because I fall for your energy. I could tell just after a few seconds I met you, that I would fall for you – eternally. Nothing in this world could ever compete with that.

Finally feeling tired ❤

I love coming home after a long day at work. I only get a few seconds alone on the couch before my babies rush to join me 🤣.

But now I have put them to bed and I am going to enjoy some pilates.

I fell asleep so quckly and easily at around midnight last night, and I slept so good the entire night. It feels awesome that this month’s full moon craziness is over so that I can fall asleep at night again. ❤ And I am really tired today, a feeling I truly welcome and embrace fully.

Still can’t fall asleep 😄

It has been a week now. I still can’t fall asleep until 2-3am each night. It is half past midnight right now and I am not even the slightest bit tired. Well, I guess it is very cool to be so filled with life force and energy that I can’t even fall asleep at night – even though I get up at 5.30am every morning. 😊

I am making the best out of my time – I did some pilates again and now I am writing a little.

It gives me that “high on life” feeling ❤

I feel so alive, so free and frisky and in love with life. I have so much energy and such passion for feeling good and enjoying life. My body is strong, flexible, and filled with pure positive radiant energy. I love mornings like these when I start my day with an intense, short workout at home, on the carpet, before my two babies wake up.

This picture I took this morning, right after I had taken a shower after my workout. I love the joy that shines from my eyes. This is the form of “high on life” that I love.

It always enriches me with such joyful, playful and eager energy. My entire day will be a fun and playful adventure with such a joyful refreshing start.

When you feel utterly pissed off

You can turn your anger into positive energy! Use the rush of energy to refocus on something that matters more to you.

Don’t let his behaviour be your reason to beat up on yourself – allow him to be as he chooses to be. Focus your energy on yourself, what you desire and how you want to feel.

Anger is good! Anger means you have a strong desire about something and you are currently looking in opposition of how you want it to be. Use this opportunity to refocus and let the anger wash away by replacing it with clear focus.

Healing comes from within

Insomnia or inspired awake time?

If you can’t fall asleep and lay in bed for several hours wide awake – enjoy the stillness around you and rest in knowing that your body gets all the rejuvenation it needs. Your body is healthy, intelligent and capable of so much more than you can imagine! 
8 hours of sleep every night is simply a number, not a neccessity. You can get more benefit from finding ease in your mind than from sleeping an entire night. All is well.
