A fun new habit that will improve your entire life

Have you been through a lot of negative things in your life?

Are there things in your life that you would like to improve?

What things do you secretly desire? To have your dream body? Finding the fountain of youth? To have endless abundance? Live with your dream partner? To feel confident, happy and empowered?

What ever your story might be and what ever it is you desire – you are in charge and you can do something about it, right now. Everything that happens to you happens for a reason and how you choose to react, what you choose to think about it and how you view every topic of your life affects what comes next. So it is never too late and it is never hopeless.

Begin right now to stop all your negative comments and statements about how it has been, how it is or how it will be. Begin to listen to your words and thoughts – when you hear yourself starting a negative sentence, just have fun with it and play a little by stopping, smiling and saying to yourself “oh my, I am doing it again – how cool that I am so aware of my thinking and what I am saying. I bet this will be fun and easy to gently lean a bit in a way that feels better:

What things do I already like?

What things naturally feel good to me?

What things do I really enjoy?

What brings me pleasure?

How do I want this person to act?

How do I want this situation to play out?

What things would I prefer about this?

If I could have anything I desired, what would I get? How would I feel?”

Just continue asking yourself questions like these every now and then to begin shifting your predominant focus. It is not the big arguments you have or the big drepressive thoughts you think that ruin your life – it it the little seemingly insignificant DAILY thoughts you think that lead to more thoughts that are alike those, which leads to beliefs and more conversations that feel the same way, and more people that reflects more of how you feel back to you until your focus has grown enough that you begin to get manifestations around you and in your own body.

You change it at the root, the cause – your seemingly insignificant thoughts. And that is easier than you think! Just begin with the small thoughts you think right now. If you feel worried, angry, resentful, depressed, insecure… or happy, confident, in love, empowered, satisfied and eager, all comes down to the little thoughts you choose to think in your day to day experience. And you can do something about that even with nothing in your life changing!

You can feel insecure and resentful and have cellulite or you can feel happy and empowered and have cellulite. How you feel – unconditionally – is what attracts what comes next. It is the difference between seeing the solutions or not. Recovery or not.

You can live in a loveless marriage and feel hopeless or you can live in a loveless marriage and feel hopeful. How you feel is the key that will open you up to what comes next.

Have fun with this! Don’t make such a big hairy deal about anything – your life is for you. You are supposed to view and experience contrast so you know what you prefer and come to new conclusions. Just begin to put your focus on what you now know you prefer and stop holding yourself back. ❀

11 years ago I made the best decision ever

In the end of next month it has been 11 years since I started hanging out with this guy. It is still the best choice I have ever made in my entire life. Even though you drive me absolutely crazy – most of the time – there is no one else I would rather spend my time with.

True love and true friendship – you will feel it πŸ’–

It is time to stop running after others, stop trying to get them to like you, stop reaching for their approval, stop depending on their attention and start focusing on you. How do you want to feel about yourself? How do you want to feel in a relationship? How would you like to be treated? What matters most to you?

Then start giving yourself the love, affection and approval you desire. When love and approval comes from within, you will attract those who enhance how good you already feel.

What if I fall in love with the right person at the wrong time? What if the one I am in love with is already in a relationship? What if I fall in love with someone else while I am married?

Love is beautiful. Love is such a strong, wonderful feeling. Anywhere you stand can be the perfect place to stand. Look around where you are and make peace with things as they are. Find the best feeling aspects about your situation and let those be your dominant points of focus as you think of your life.

It is not possible to be standing in a wrong situation – you are where you are and it has to be ok. You feel the way you feel and it has to be ok. Never judge yourself for feeling the way you do, allow yourself to feel all of your emotions and make the best of wherever you might be.

There is no such thing as a one and only true love – millions of people could be the perfect love for you. It all comes down to how you are choosing to view the other person. You can see the best or the worst in everyone. What you choose to focus on is what you notice more of.

You can’t miss your chance of true love because your chances and your opportunities are endless. Begin by making peace with where you are. It is ok, it is all right. You don’t have to make any life changing decisions – just make small decisions along your way that you line up with. Make the choices you make the right choices for you by focusing on the positive aspects. Anything you choose can be the best choice for you because the choice – or the person – is not what makes the difference. Your thoughts about your choices is what makes all the difference.

Then she was not your “one true love”. There are millions of people out there in the world who are looking for someone exactly like you! There is no such thing as only one “soul mate” or “the one and only” – you can have the most satisfying relationship, a relationship where you are both equally in love and finding eachother your soulmate, you can have that experience with many different people.

It is never too late, you are not a hopeless case. If it didn’t work out then you just havent met her yet.

But, do you know the best way to meet your soul mate? By working on how you feel! By falling in love with yourself. By caring about yourself and learning that you don’t need another person to be complete! You are already complete on your own. You don’t need another person to be happy – happiness is an inside job. You don’t even need another person to feel love – love is an inside job. And by always looking for the best in others, always focusing on what you like in others and by practicing unconditional love – now you are a match to true love and you will attract it.

Let the person you meet enhance how good, empowered and loving you already feel – and this will be the most satisfying relationship you have ever experienced!

Love does not diminish over time – love, joy, passion and desire gets stronger and more delicious over time. ❀

A delicious relationship

It all starts with you. If you want to have a delicious, fullfilling relationship with someone else – you have to begin loving yourself, unconditionally. How you feel about yourself will be reflected back to you in every relationship you have, in every interaction. 

The better you feel about yourself, the more confident, happy, free and empowered you feel ON YOUR OWN, the better your relationships will feel aswell. When you have found that strong stable balance within yourself, you are not dependant on others in order to feel good and you don’t blame them when you feel bad. You know your worth wether they know your worth or not. That is empowerment, that is freedom and that is where loving, fullfilling relationships are born. When you come together with that stability within, the relationship enhances how good you already feel. That is a delicious relationship.

Sexual abuse, physical abuse and mental abuse – will it ever heal?

We are all unique and every person experiences life in a unique way. I only speak what I know works for me.

Without going into too much specifics I can say that I have been through a lot of things in my life. Things that brought me to the point where I hated myself, had no self-esteem and even tried to take my own life. I had a difficult childhood with an alcoholic parent. I have been bullied, been sexually abused multiple times, physically abused, had anorexia, ran away from home when I was 17 and ended up in an abusive relationship. My mother died when I was 18 years old and my father died a few years after that, I went through an abortion and much more…

The only way I found to ease my emotional pain when I was a child was by eating delicious food. It worked wonderful, for a moment. But of course the feeling didn’t last because I used external things to make myself feel better. Back then I had no idea that I could improve my own thinking and by that affect how I was feeling. I felt like a powerless victim to all these bad experiences and my hatred for myself continued to get stronger through the years.

It was not until I was 24 years old that I decided I had to do something to improve how I was feeling – and that was when I found out about the authour Louise Hay and started reading her book “You can heal your life”. That was when my changes began. I began to improve my thinking and the effect of my changes were instant. Everything in my life began improving to reflect that positive mental change I was making. I started reading and listening to the teachings of Abraham Hicks and the law of attraction and continued improving my thinking. Within a few years I had changed my entire beliefsystem.

I went from no self-esteem to total self-empowerment, and I did it all by myself. Everything in my life improved as I improved my thinking. I got my dream job, I met the man of my dreams, I could eat what ever I desired and have the body I desired, I got pregnant and easily gave birth to my two little babies who are now 1 years old and 3 years old. We bought a beautiful big house, a sporty car and I got huge payraises at work… but the most important thing was that I felt good! 

This is a wonderful journey of transformation to take and my journey is far from over. It is an endless journey and life will continue to get better and better if you allow it. 

So, to answer the question above – will it ever heal? Yes and no. If you work on improving your thinking, then yes. If you don’t do anything to improve your thinking, then no. You have to find your own ways to improve your thinking, and you have to be gentle with yourself every step of the way. Do I always feel good? No. I still return to some old negative thoughts from time to time and when I do it feels breathtakingly awful. Sometimes it lasts only a day, sometimes more. But now I know what to do, and I know it is only temporary. No matter what you have been through in your life, you CAN improve your life and become the person you want to be. It is never too late, you can begin again, right now. I am here with you, we are all in this together. β™‘
