We are all different not only in the way we look, act, talk or in terms of our personalities – we all have our own unique desires and beliefs, these shape who we become and how we view life.

What limiting beliefs do you hold about yourself and life? What would you like to be true for you instead? A meaningful life – right here, right now

When you hear the phrase β€œA meaningful life”, what do you think about? What is a meaningful life, for you personally? I believe there is no right or wrong answer to that question because it will mean different things to every single person on the planet. We all have our own unique desires, beliefs, expectations, passions and callings in life.

To me it means a lot of different things. If I died tomorrow, I would still be satisfied with my life and everything I have experienced. I have lived a meaningful life in more ways than I can count, already. It would be great if I got a few more years to have fun and continue to enjoy life in ways that call me, however I already feel satisfied and at ease. These 6 aspects are my favorite aspects of a meaningful life:

  • A big part of a meaningful life for me is to help other people, to inspire people to see how wonderful and capable they are and to inspire them to discover their own empowerment and happiness.
  • Another part of a meaningful life for me is having my two little babies and taking care of them. I love them more than anything in my life and I want them to grow up feeling free, empowered, happy and in love with life.

Those two aspects are the biggest ones when it comes to a meaningful life. However, there are thousands of other things that also give my life a deep meaning, here are some of my favorite ones:

  • Eating and enjoying delicious food – this gives me so much satisfaction in my life. I love food, and I love listening to my cravings and giving my body what it wants and needs to thrive.
  • Working out and loving my own body. I have begun to truly love my body, its shape, its health, its flexibility, its stamina – everything about it. I love to work out, to feel my muscles work and see how toned and beautiful my body is. I believe that how you feel about yourself will affect everything in your life, especially your happiness.
  • Sexual attraction, passion and desire – these are all very big parts of my life and they all give me so much meaning, happiness and energy. These aspects are as vital to me as the very water I need to drink and as important as the food I need to give my body in order to survive.
  • Lastly, it gives me a lot of meaning to write and read. To express my emotions and thoughts into words, that is my calling in life.

Instead of comparing our lot with that of those who are more fortunate than we are, we should compare it with the lot of the great majority of our fellow men. It then appears that we are among the privileged.

When you look around at those you admire and you see them succeed with every aspect of life and you feel that longing for more fullfillment in your own life, remember how far YOU have come. Remember how much YOU have overcome. Remember how much YOU have to be thankful for.

Caring about how YOU feel and feeling grateful for what YOU have overcome – those are the building blocks of a successful life. Finding happiness in adversity, finding peace in chaos and finding love in a forsaken place – those are admirable features that no amount of money can buy you.

If you could do anything you desired to, what would you do? Where would you go? Who would you be with? What would you eat? How would you feel? Take a few moments to enjoy the idea of this.

Life is supposed to be enjoyed. Life is an adventure and a journey, and you are the one who get to choose what you fill your life with. No matter where you are in life right now, what you have been through or what circumstances you are in at the moment – make peace with your past and your present, appreciate what you have and allow yourself to dream big and take pleasure from your imagination.

All you have is this moment, spend it in the most satisfying way you can. 🌺

Through all the muddy waters, beauty will emerge

All negative experiences, all pain, all mistakes and all shattered dreams can be the perfect, solid, nourishing foundation to grow from.

Strenght is not given, it is built. And you build it one small moment at a time. Be kind to yourself, you are doing so much better than you think. No matter how muddy the water might be, the lotus flower can still emerge beautifully radiant.

Tired of being a negative person? These small changes will have a huge impact on your entire life

What we think, we become. And I am not talking about the one big angry thought you had last week or the insanely happy one you had yesterday – I am talking about the little, seemingly insignificant thoughts you think daily. The more you think a thought, the stronger attraction it will have. Therfore you can change everything about who you are, how you feel and what you experience in life simply by changing your thoughts.

It is possible to change into the person you desire to be. No matter your past, your experiences or how long you have had a negative personality – you can become the happy, confident, free and empowered person you desire to be. All it takes is a willingness to stop fueling your negative perspectives on life and a willingness to reach for better feeling perspectives instead. You don’t shift your entire personality over night, it takes time. One small step at a time. If you just choose one new perspective each day, it will make a huge impact on your entire life!

Get a note book and on each page of your notebook focus on one topic that you would like to improve. Perhaps you could begin with the topics of money, relationships, health and work. Write statements of how you want this topic to play out in your life, how you want to feel about it and what you want to experience. Return to this topic several times everyday and re-read your statements and add some new ones when you feel inspired to do so.

The next step is to be very aware of what you talk to others about, what you say to them about these topics and what you think during your day relative to these topics. Whenever you say or think negative statements about these topics, stop and rephrase your statement so that it matches your desired version.

By making these small changes every day you will begin to notice your entirr life changing to match your new thinking patterns. It is not luck, it is not destiny, it is not magic – it is law, law of attraction.

All things you desire are possible, relax and listen to your inner guidance

There is always a way. No matter what you desire, it is possible and the right path will light up for you when you relax and listen to your inner guidance.

Become who you desire to be by using affirmations πŸŒΊ

When you decide to change how you view yourself, everything will change to match your new beliefs.

How would you like to feel about yourself? Use affirmations daily; think positive statements about yourself that match how you want to feel and who you want to be and you will eventually become it.

Fake it until you make it? Yes!

Some people claim that all programming of our beliefs is done before the age of 7. After that, everything we do and everything we get in life is because of those beliefs we hold in our subconscious mind.

Have you ever heard of Dr Bruce Lipton? He has written a lot on this topic and he has also made a lot of videos on cancer, health, beliefs and so on. It is really exciting stuff and it all comes down to the fact that the thoughts you choose to think and the perspectives you choose to have affects everything. Every single aspect of your life, including your body and your health, is a direct reflection of the beliefs you hold. Beliefs that were programmed into your subconscious mind before the age of 7 – but you can change it. A belief is nothing but a thought that you think a lot, and you can choose new thoughts on every topic that matters to you.

You don’t have to go back and try to figure out what went wrong and what negative beliefs you might have been programmed with – just look around at your life right now. In what areas of your life are you living what you desire? Well, in those areas you hold positive beliefs. In what areas of your life are you struggling? Well, in those areas you hold negative beliefs that affects the results you get.

So… how do you change it? Is it even possible? Of course. Just choose new thoughts that match your desired outcome and keep thinking them a lot, every day. Maybe even buy a notebook and write them down every day. Look at people who have what you desire, imagine having it, being it and doing it. In this way you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to accept new positive beliefs. And once your subconscious mind has accepted these new beliefs, it is a done deal.

Go slower and enjoy the unfolding – the desired outcome is coming

It will happen when the time is right, relax and trust. There is no need to rush or stress, it is coming.

There is always time, it is never too late – go slower and enjoy the unfolding. Nature does not hurry and yet everything is accomplished in the perfect time. Relax, trust and enjoy every step along the way. πŸ™
