What we think, we become. And I am not talking about the one big angry thought you had last week or the insanely happy one you had yesterday – I am talking about the little, seemingly insignificant thoughts you think daily. The more you think a thought, the stronger attraction it will have. Therfore you can change everything about who you are, how you feel and what you experience in life simply by changing your thoughts.

It is possible to change into the person you desire to be. No matter your past, your experiences or how long you have had a negative personality – you can become the happy, confident, free and empowered person you desire to be. All it takes is a willingness to stop fueling your negative perspectives on life and a willingness to reach for better feeling perspectives instead. You don’t shift your entire personality over night, it takes time. One small step at a time. If you just choose one new perspective each day, it will make a huge impact on your entire life!

Get a note book and on each page of your notebook focus on one topic that you would like to improve. Perhaps you could begin with the topics of money, relationships, health and work. Write statements of how you want this topic to play out in your life, how you want to feel about it and what you want to experience. Return to this topic several times everyday and re-read your statements and add some new ones when you feel inspired to do so.

The next step is to be very aware of what you talk to others about, what you say to them about these topics and what you think during your day relative to these topics. Whenever you say or think negative statements about these topics, stop and rephrase your statement so that it matches your desired version.

By making these small changes every day you will begin to notice your entirr life changing to match your new thinking patterns. It is not luck, it is not destiny, it is not magic – it is law, law of attraction.

How would you like to feel about yourself? Use affirmations daily; think positive statements about yourself that match how you want to feel and who you want to be and you will eventually become it.

Some people claim that all programming of our beliefs is done before the age of 7. After that, everything we do and everything we get in life is because of those beliefs we hold in our subconscious mind.

Have you ever heard of Dr Bruce Lipton? He has written a lot on this topic and he has also made a lot of videos on cancer, health, beliefs and so on. It is really exciting stuff and it all comes down to the fact that the thoughts you choose to think and the perspectives you choose to have affects everything. Every single aspect of your life, including your body and your health, is a direct reflection of the beliefs you hold. Beliefs that were programmed into your subconscious mind before the age of 7 – but you can change it. A belief is nothing but a thought that you think a lot, and you can choose new thoughts on every topic that matters to you.

You don’t have to go back and try to figure out what went wrong and what negative beliefs you might have been programmed with – just look around at your life right now. In what areas of your life are you living what you desire? Well, in those areas you hold positive beliefs. In what areas of your life are you struggling? Well, in those areas you hold negative beliefs that affects the results you get.

So… how do you change it? Is it even possible? Of course. Just choose new thoughts that match your desired outcome and keep thinking them a lot, every day. Maybe even buy a notebook and write them down every day. Look at people who have what you desire, imagine having it, being it and doing it. In this way you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to accept new positive beliefs. And once your subconscious mind has accepted these new beliefs, it is a done deal.

Go slower and enjoy the unfolding – the desired outcome is coming

It will happen when the time is right, relax and trust. There is no need to rush or stress, it is coming.

There is always time, it is never too late – go slower and enjoy the unfolding. Nature does not hurry and yet everything is accomplished in the perfect time. Relax, trust and enjoy every step along the way. 🙏

What can you do right now, that will make you feel good for a moment? Perhaps eat something delicious, take a warm bubble bath, listen to your favourite music, call your best friend or watch a fun movie?

Another thing that you can do, which is a really effective way of boosting your mood and giving yourself a pleasurable moment is to fantasize. You can do this anywhere, while you lay down, while you sit, while you stand or while you walk. All you need to do is to visualize a pleasurable scenario and play out something you truly desire. Think of who you want to meet there and what you would love to experience in that moment. Anything you desire can happen in the exact way you like it so take some time to truly enjoy the moment.

Notice how a moment in your imagination allows you to feel better. Let this become a daily habit that you let yourself enjoy a few times during your day. What will you choose to dream about today?
