Mistakes that bring you to your knees

When you have made the same mistakes a thousand times and you feel like you just want to give up; sooth yourself into remembering that it is ok! You are doing the best you can with the knowledge and awareness you have at the time.

Don’t beat up on yourself for the mistakes you have made, no matter how many times you have made them or how seemingly wrong they are. Punishing yourself by feeling guilt or blame will only make things worse. Love yourself unconditionally and give yourself the opportunity to start again, right now – fresh and new.

Keep focusing on how you want to behave, how you want to feel and the desired outcome. See yourself succeeding with what you desire, see yourself being the person you want to be. Embrace yourself and believe in yourself. You can change, you can choose differently and you can succeed.

Don’t push against what feels bad, love what feels good

There is a beautiful and valuable difference between looking at what you don’t like and trying to make it go away and looking at what you do like and apprecating it.

Both of these perspectives are focusing your energy but one of them blocks you from reaching your highest potential and the other one allows you to become who you truly are and reach your highest potential.

Would you really spend so much time complaining about insignificant things – or big world events – if you knew you are actually hurting yourself and your body every second you do something that fuels your negativity? Probably not. But it is a habit, a habit most people are so used to practicing it feels like the normal, natural and expected way to react when things go wrong. 

Sure you can let negative things bring you down for a moment, and you can allow yourself to feel what you feel. But you CAN, little by little, tune yourself into a more general, loving and benefical way of focusing. 

You are of true value to others, yourself included, when you remain centered in your emotional balance and you see the value, the beauty, the good aspects and the potential for change, solutions and improvements in every situation.

Everyone has beauty, goodness and love within them – if they have acted in hateful ways it simply means they are blocking themself from being who they truly are with their negative perspectives. If you push back in anger, you do the same thing. You don’t rid the world from hate and fear by more hate and fear – the answer is love, unconditional love. 

The secret to all improvements you desire – spend your time in the most benefical way


Make the best of where ever you are and what ever is happening. Choose to sooth yourself in your mind, find your calm within. 

When you take time to relax mentally, to find reliefgiving thoughts on what ever the topic at hand might be – now you are taking care of yourself in a valuable way. This will improve how you feel, how you view life and it will also improve every aspect of your life!

Inner stress – no matter how right you are in your negative feelings about the situation – is never benefical to your body or for your life. Releasing the inner stress by choosing reliefgiving perspectives little by little is the secret to all improvements you desire.

What you dream about is what you will get? Then what about nightmares!?

Don’t worry. Yes, your dreams reflect the mood you have been predominantly entertaining with your thoughts and your focus during the days. However, it doesn’t mean you have to attract those specific things you dreamt about – it is only guidance letting you know what your most common way of thinking matches right now. Since it is only guidance you can do something about it! 

If you wake up from a nightmare then acknowledge how you FELT during the dream and sooth yourself into feeling some relief. Then acknowledge that it is guidance letting you know that you have been choosing thoughts and words during your days that are not benefical for you in the long run. Then begin paying attention to what you say and think during your day and when you notice even slightly negative perspectives in yout focus – gently sooth those thoughts into slightly better feeling ones. Just one small adjustment will net you wonderful results!

It is not the big awful thoughts you think once a month that makes the biggest impact on your life – it is the little DAILY thoughts that affect you the most

Gently listen to what you say and think, and shift those thoughts toward a little relief. You can even stop yourself in the middle of a negative comment, and begin again in a more positive way. Thank your guidance for letting you know it will benefit you to sooth yourself into relief.
