How to get the magical change you desire

Change comes when you change your thoughts. Your thoughts – on every topic, no matter how big or small – affects how you feel.

If you want to feel better, you are in charge. How you feel is not dependent on the circumstances or your precious experiences. It is only dependent on the thoughts you choose to think now. Now is where all your power is, now is when you can begin to improve how you feel.

When you change your thoughts, how you feel will change = your vibration has changed. The entire universe will respond differently to you as a result – so as a bonus your entire life will improve to match your new vibration.

It all begins with the small daily thoughts you think, and you can begin to change that, now.

It is never too late and it is never hopeless ❤

When you break down after having had an awful reaction to an unwanted situation, gently sooth yourself into feeling relief. It is ok to mess up. It is ok to lose control and get upset. But it doesn’t feel good so now is the time to sooth yourself into making peace with what happened and then begin to focus on how you want to react and how you want to feel next time.

It is never too late and it is never hopeless. The time to start again is now. Believe in yourself and believe in your goodness and you will rise above and succeed.

When you want to save everyone around you – be a light-house

Just rest in the knowing that all is well. You don’t have to have all the answers. It is enough that you do your best to sooth yourself into relief emotionally.

It is not your job to save everyone else – when you start with yourself and tend to your emotional balance you are of most value to others as well. You never see light-houses running around trying to save lost ships, they just stand strong and shine their light.

Rewire your brain to be calmer and more loving ❤

No matter how bad things might seem – remember to be kind to yourself! Each word you speak and each thought you think is an affirmation of who you are. Listen with love to what you say and adjust it ever so slightly in a more reliefgiving way.

You are doing the best you can from where you stand. You are a good person, you are loved unconditionally. There will always be those who disagree with you. There will always be those who dislike you and what you do. Let them.

Don’t meet fire with more fire, hate with more hate. That only fuels the negativity. Let it be.

Keep following what you believe is good. Keep honoring yourself and others by choosing love and compassion even though you are met with hate and criticism.

Someone has to slow the negative momentum, and it might as well be you. Even a small light in a dark room can make all the difference.

Mistakes that bring you to your knees

When you have made the same mistakes a thousand times and you feel like you just want to give up; sooth yourself into remembering that it is ok! You are doing the best you can with the knowledge and awareness you have at the time.
