Free yourself from your self-imposed bondage

What brings you joy? What do you enjoy in life? Take a few moments to think about all those things that make you feel good and that brings you pleasure. Do more of those things every day.

This is your life, there is no point in spending your days in irritation, frustration, anger, depression or any other negative emotion. Free yourself from the self-imposed bondage that these limiting emotions are – set yourself free. Free to love, free to enjoy, free to play, free to have fun, free to feel good – unconditionally.

You don’t need to wait until you find a lover, until your skin clears up, until you get your dream job, until you get your body in shape or until you have the self-esteem you desire – you can begin now.

Tell yourself over and over that you will begin to be more light-hearted, more playful, more easy-going, more loving and that you will begin to allow yourself to feel good, unconditionally.

A teacher? A mother? A lover? A fitness model? A writer? – You only have one job

No matter where you are, what you do or who you are with – the most important thing is that you feel good. Your number one priority, no matter the circumstances, is to sooth yourself into feeling relief. That is where all positive progress comes from – finding emotional relief first. Once you have done that you will be open and receptive to the improvements, solutions and ideas that will lead you to your desired outcomes.

You don’t have to do things that feel off to you, just say no and give yourself space. Let them criticise, let them wonder, let them laugh. Your life is not theirs – how you feel and what you desire cannot be felt or understood by them anyway.

Allow yourself to follow your own path. Hide away from the world for a while and sooth yourself into feeling better. This too shall pass, you will find relief and you will feel good again.

Yes, you are beautiful. Just the way you are. It is time for you to let go of the opinions of others around you, the opinions of society and the world. These opinions are their opinions and that is alright. How you feel about yourself, how you look at yourself and your thoughts, beliefs, desires and opinions about yourself – that is what matters!

It does not matter what you have been through, what your body and your face looks like – you can find a way to love yourself unconditionally, and you can begin now. That is the key to everything. โค

Choose what feels best to you and allow your body to thrive ๐ŸŒฑ

It is not so much about the choices you make, the food you eat or what remedies you might try but how you feel about the choices you make that makes all the difference.

How you feel and what you think and believe affects everything that happens to you – even the way your body responds and how it reacts.

Don’t compare yourself with others and the results they are getting – use the good-feeling examples of others as a source of inspiration and follow what you feel most called to. Listen to how you feel about the different paths avaliable and work on feeling good about the choices you make. ๐ŸŒฑ

New week – new workout routine โค

This morning I started a new workout routine. I change it up every 4 weeks. As usual I do the exercises at home, in the early mornings on my carpet while my babies are having their breakfast.

I love working out in the mornings – those are the moments when I have the most energy and focus. I truly love Belinda Benn, my coach Haida and their awesome workouts. I only spend around 25 minutes, 5 mornings a week on my workouts and that suits me perfectly. Being a working mother of two little babies – I would not want to spend more time than that on working out. โค๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒนโค

Don’t let their dissaproval of you be a reason for you to dim your light! Continue to shine bright and follow your own bliss. Let them disapprove of you, let them have their opinions โ€“ that is a reflection of their character, not of you.

Be the beautiful, unique being you desire to be, allow yourself to blossom and live the happy life you want to live. If it feels good to you and if it brings you joy, then you are following your bliss and only good can come from that.



Eat the cake and have the figure you desire

Change how you look at it and what you look at will change

Of course it is going to feel awful when you see something you don’t want to see – when you look at, hear, say or experience something that goes against your desires then your inner guidance will alert you of your detrimental perspective. It is normal.

Just gently sooth yourself into feeling a little relief. You can back away from the specifics, take a more general approach and find relief regarding that topic.
