Whatever your body shape, size and weight might be – practice loving yourself unconditionally. You are more than your body – you are endless and eternal.

The body you have been given this lifetime is your treasure. It is the body that has been your home since you were born and will be until you die – treat it with loving care. ❀

I celebrate my body. I celebrate my curves and edges. I have learned to love myself, my body and my personality, unconditionally. Was it easy? No! Has the love you feel or not feel for yourself to do with your body shape, size and weight? No! I hated myself the first 24 years of my life. I absolutely loathed myself – all aspects of myself. I had the same body shape, size and weight then as I do now.

It is not my body that makes me feel this way or that way – it is the thoughts and the perspectives I choose to view life from.

An awesome early morning workout β€

I still feel that delicious sore sensation in my muscles since yesterday’s workout. This week I have started a new workout routine and I love how much fun it has been to change it up. I always change routine after 4 weeks, it is a very effective way to challenge your muscles.

Today I spent a few hours alone – shopping. It was such a breath of fresh air to just focus on something that brings me pleasure.

I bought these cozy pink sweat pants – I love them!!!! I am going to wear them all day. 😍

I long for summer πŸ‘πŸ‘™β€

I so look forward to summer! Hot weather, wearing a bikini and enjoying a refreshing swim in the ocean… 

I love all seasons, and I especially the cold, rainy and dark days but right now I truly long for summer! β€πŸ‘™πŸŒž

I am feeling my hamstrings and quads todayΒ 

Today I enjoyed this week’s first workout and I am feeling that awesome burning sensation in my muscles, especially my hamstrings and quads.

I love working out in the mornings. I usually spend 30 minutes, while my two babies are having their breakfast, working out on my carpet. It is a perfect way for me to begin my days because I get so much good energy from working out.

Eat the cake and have the figure you desire

Change how you look at it and what you look at will change

Of course it is going to feel awful when you see something you don’t want to see – when you look at, hear, say or experience something that goes against your desires then your inner guidance will alert you of your detrimental perspective. It is normal.

Just gently sooth yourself into feeling a little relief. You can back away from the specifics, take a more general approach and find relief regarding that topic.
