Loving my obliques πŸ˜‚πŸ‘Œ

Today I worked out at home, I focused on all aspects of my body. I especially love seeing my obliques, there is something every sensual about those lines. I took this picture today while I was working out with two dumbells over my head. I noticed how nice those obliques looked in the mirror so I just had to take a picture of them 😁.

I think our bodies are amazing! I have carried 2 babies inside of me and yet my figure snapped back to this shortly after giving birth. That is amazing!

I feel so much appreciation for the flexibility and agility of my body. For its stamina, health and potential. I will continue to honor, love and respect my body for as long as I shall live. πŸ™

Yes, I like my body. I am proud that my body has carried and given birth to my two little babies. I am proud that it kept being there for me even though I hated it for several decades. I am proud that it could go through so much pain and so much suffering and still be resilient, healthy, fit, toned and strong. πŸ™

Yes, I like my body and I will keep enjoying being in my body for as long as I shall live. No matter what happens, my light cannot be dimmed anymore. This is who I am, and I like it. πŸ™

You have a right to thrive, to laugh, to enjoy and to love – and so do I πŸ™

I no longer hide. I have a right to thrive, to laugh, to enjoy and to love. I will no longer let people’s opinions of me define me. I choose who I want to be and I choose to blossom into everything I desire. I follow my heart, my joy, my passion and my desire.

When you fall apart and want to give up πŸ™

It is ok to fall apart, it is ok to give up, just keep breathing. One moment at a time. I know it feels hard sometimes, I know you just want to run away and hide from it all… and yes, that would be easier temporarily, but you can’t hide from your problems – you have to face them and you have to be there for yourself. Be your own support in these painful moments. Sooth and comfort yourself.

You are doing the best you can and that is enough. πŸ™ Be kind to yourself, give yourself some mental rest by quieting your mind. Just focus on your breathing for a while and feel your every heart beat strenghten you again. This too shall pass and you will feel better again. πŸ™

A really nice evening πŸ”πŸŸ

Tonight I went out with a friend for a couple of hours. We went to “Texas Longhorn” in JΓΆnkΓΆping and ate delicious food. I absolutely love burgers and fries, and the burger I had tonight was perfectly divine.

The weather has been incredible today, over 18 degrees celcius all day. A couple of days ago it was -7 degrees and snow… however it was a bit colder during the evening so I wore my black winter boots and my black leather jacket when we went out.

The attitude you have affects the results you get ❀ – show your body that you love it

How you feel about what you do and how you feel about your body matters more than what you choose to do.

If you like to work out, do so. If you like to relax, do so. Whatever you choose, choose it with love in your heart. It truly is mind over matter. The attitude you have affects the results you get.

I am a mother of two little babies and I work out because I love my body. I love to feel the strenght of my muscles and to see how flexible my body is. I choose to work out 3 times every week, 20 minutes, at home. That fits me perfectly. I also enjoy practicing hand stands which I recently began with, and jumping on my kids mini-trampoline 😊.

Relaxing is also one of my favourite ways of showing my body that I love and honor it. I make some time everyday to just relax and rest.

But my absolute favourite way of showing my body that I love it is by enjoying delicious food! 😍🀀 I adore food and I lovingly allow myself to enjoy the most delicious things I can think of. Hamburgers and fries from my favourite diner Brooklyn Burger in Huskvarna is one of the most delicious treats I treat myself too weekly.

Inner strenght looks so good on you πŸŒŸ

The most beautiful face shines with happiness and love. The most beautiful body radiates inner strenght and confidence.

You create your beauty by building your inner balance and your inner strenght. You can sculpt a body with exercise, you can paint your face with makeup but those are only shallow parts of beauty. If you build your strenght from within, you will radiate happiness, confidence, passion and a zest for life and that is more beautiful than anything else.

Don’t be afraid of showing your beautiful body

You would never ask a flower to close its petals just because it is too beautiful or because it shines brighter than all the other flowers… You would never talk behind a flower’s back just because you think its colorful petals attracts too much attention… So why would you ever think derogatory thoughts about a woman who loves her body and likes to wear beautiful clothes?

There is nothing wrong with loving your body – quite the contrary! Most people spend their entire life hating their bodies, trying to change it, hide it, control it and make it fit in with the accepted way of looking according to society. Why??? To please others? To not attract too much attention? To not be picked on?

Have you ever seen a music video or a picture on instagram of famous pop-stars these days? Of Beyonce? Of Nicki Minaj? Of Ava Max? Of Miley Cyrus? Do they hide their bodies? No! Are they ashamed of their beautiful curves? No! Do they confirm to the accepted way of dressing, according to society at large? No! They let their clothes high-light their bodies’ beauty, sensuality and curves. Why is that accepted? Because she is famous!? Because it is a music video!? Because she is rich!? Because she has millions of followers!? Because she can sing!? So… if a person is famous it is ok to post very sexy pictures on their instagram account – but not if you are a regular, unfamous person? Then you are tacky, slutty and should be ashamed of yourself? Really? Do you see the pardox here?

Women should dress the way they feel comfortable in, the way they want to – and we all like different things!!! Some people feel comfortable in baggy clothes, others in tight clothes etc. Women should love their bodies and be proud of their unique bodies no matter what they look like! There is nothing wrong with wearing beautiful clothes or posting sexy pictures online, or uploading sexy music videos – whether you are a famous millionair or not should not set the standards for what you are allowed to wear, post and do! Other people’s opinions should not decide either – you should!
