What do you want to be? Be it! ❤

What you say you are, you become. A belief is only a thought you think a lot and therefore those little daily thoughts you think – that feel so normal and automatic to you – they keep your beliefs in place. The good-feeling beliefs as well as the limiting, negative beliefs. Are they true? They don’t have to be. Just stop those little daily thoughts you think that are slightly pessimistic – choose something a little more positive to say and think instead and practice it for a few days.

The more you think the thoughts, the more normal and automatic they wilk feel to you – they have become your beliefs. And what you believe affect everything.

Who are you? Who do you want to be? Let this be your guiding star as you choose your little daily thoughts on all topics. You are in charge, you create your life and everything about you and it all begins with the thoughts you choose and the words you speak.

Allow others to follow the paths in life that call them – allow yourself to choose differently ❤

Keep following your bliss, keep listening to your own inner guidance. Allow others to follow the paths that call them and allow them to choose what they believe in. Allow yourself to choose differently.

We are all unique and we all have different ideas, views, beliefs, experiences and desires. What feels right to you might be very different from what someone else would consider to be right about the situation. Embrace your differences and allow yourself to listen to your inner guidance and let it guide you.


“You have to do this” – no, you don’t. Follow what feels good to you

Never force yourself to do something just because someone else wants you to do it. Always listen to your inner guidance – does it feel good to you to do it? Then do it. If it feels off, no matter how slight, don’t do it. If you really don’t have a choice about it – work on improving how you feel about the action before you do it.

It is never of value to do something you believe is wrong. It is always of value to do what you belive is right.


Tell stories that enhance your joy, your happiness, your love and your sense of freedom and empowerment 🌻

Listen to the stories you tell yourself and others. Are those uplifting, good-feeling and empowering stories? Let go of all stories = beliefs that feel off to you and begin telling stories that enhance your joy, your happiness, your love and your sense of freedom and empowerment. ❤


Their opinion of you is all about themselves ❤

We all see the world and others through our own perspective. What you see in others is always affected by your thoughts, beliefs and desires.

Never let someone else’s opinion of you get you down for more than a brief moment – remind yourself that their negativity is always an accurate reflection of their inner pain. Whether they are aware of it or not. Their pure appreciation is always an accurate reflection of their inner state of love. Their hatred or their love has nothing to do with you, what you look like or what you do but everything to do with what is active within themselves. ❤


When you desperately want them to love and approve of you – let it go

“If someone is arguing with you, or finding fault with you, and not liking what they see, say to them, and mean it lovingly and kindly, but mean it sincerely, “You’re seeing something in me, that must be active in you, and I think this is more about you, than it is about me”.

So if someone is having a bad day, and they are angry at you, it’s about their bad day, much more than it is about you.

It’s always about the beholder.
Everything is about the beholder.
So what you want to do is become more aware of what you’re seeing in others. That’s the thing you want to be aware of.

Don’t worry about what other people are seeing in you. Don’t worry about the love they’re giving you, or the love they’re not giving you.

Let your awareness be about what you’re putting out. Let your awareness be about how much you’re loving.

We wouldn’t be running around saying: ‘who loves me or who doesn’t love me?’, we’d be saying: ‘who do I love, what is it about you, that I love?'”

Abuse comes from inner pain 💖

I believe there is goodness everywhere. I believe everyone has goodness within. Evil deeds and hate come from people who are also hurting within. But the pain when you are hurting within can only be relieved when you do something about your own thinking. But most people are so consumed by this pain and feel so powerless in their perspective that they lash out in anger or become deeply depressed.

Many people turn to substances, food or harmful behaviour in order to numb their own inner pain. But the numbness is only temporary – the way to allow your mind and body to heal is by changing your thinking. That is where lasting change happens.

It is not a quick fix, it takes time and patience. One little step at a time. But it is possible to change. A habit is only a belief you have been practicing – and a belief is only a thought. The little daily thoughts have more impact on you, your habits, your limitations and your opportunities than you can even begin to imagine. When you start with the thoughts, you start at the root of the visible problem. That is where you find the solution. A little shift goes a long way. 💖
