I strongly believe in the goodness in everyone. Even if someone does something very bad and very wrong – I still believe they are only acting out their own inner pain and that goodness and kindness is at their core, underneath all that pain.

Does that mean that their behavior is ok? No, of course not. It is never ok to hurt another being. However, when you look at everyone and their behavior with this belief in your heart, it makes it easier for you to let the pain go, forgive them and once again look at life through loving eyes.

There are so many people around you that think they know how you should live, what you should enjoy doing and how you should spend your time. But they are all wrong. No one except you can know what is right or wrong for you at any given moment. You have to listen to your own guidance. It doesn’t matter if it is big decisions such as if you should move to another country, if you should have children or if it is small decisions such as how you should spend this evening – the peanut gallery (your family, your friends, society, the world…) might have many different beliefs about what is right or wrong to choose and they might have very detailed expectations of you – but they could not possibly know what is best for you. Only you can know that, in your heart. Follow what feels like relief to you, listen to what calls you and choose what makes you happy. πŸ™

Some people claim that all programming of our beliefs is done before the age of 7. After that, everything we do and everything we get in life is because of those beliefs we hold in our subconscious mind.

It is really exciting stuff and it all comes down to the fact that the thoughts you choose to think and the perspectives you choose to have affects everything. Every single aspect of your life, including your body and your health, is a direct reflection of the beliefs you hold. Beliefs that were programmed into your subconscious mind before the age of 7 – but you can change it. A belief is nothing but a thought that you think a lot, and you can choose new thoughts on every topic that matters to you.

You don’t have to go back and try to figure out what went wrong and what negative beliefs you might have been programmed with – just look around at your life right now. In what areas of your life are you living what you desire? Well, in those areas you hold positive beliefs. In what areas of your life are you struggling? Well, in those areas you hold negative beliefs that affects the results you get.

So… how do you change it? Is it even possible? Of course. Just choose new thoughts that match your desired outcome and keep thinking them a lot, every day. Maybe even buy a notebook and write them down every day. Look at people who have what you desire, imagine having it, being it and doing it. In this way you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to accept new positive beliefs. And once your subconscious mind has accepted these new beliefs, it is a done deal.

Dare to be YOU, in all your uniqueness. Let your colors shine bright, follow your calling in life and live out your passionate desires.

Life is way too meaningful to just live in order to please others, so stop! You don’t have to fit in or choose the same things as society at large does – you have to listen to what calls YOU and follow YOUR bliss. Don’t be afraid of their opinions, you don’t need their approval or disapproval in order to know how to live your life! Live life in ways that please you and that make you happy. That is how you live a meaningful, happy and fulfilling life.
