Best evening ever πŸ˜πŸ¦‹

I love evenings like these when everyone falls sleep easily and I am the only one awake. I feel so good when I am on my own – it feels like I can breathe life back into my body. I adore nights like these. I feel so good about my life, about everything. I am happy, really happy and at peace with everything. πŸ™

Delicious treats and a ride in my car βœŒοΈ

My friend spent the night at our house and today we went out to a cafΓ© together. πŸ€—

I like spending time with my friend, and especially with my babies – but I like even more to be alone πŸ₯°. Freedom can be so many things, even getting 20 minutes alone to go shopping for food πŸ˜‚πŸ˜βœŒοΈ.

“Mommy, your heart is sad” πŸ’ž

As I was relaxing in bed with my babies, my baby girl put her head on my chest, listened and said “mommy, your heart is sad” πŸ’ž. Such beautiful words of deep wisdom from my little angel. πŸ™

A meaningful life – right here, right now

When you hear the phrase β€œA meaningful life”, what do you think about? What is a meaningful life, for you personally? I believe there is no right or wrong answer to that question because it will mean different things to every single person on the planet. We all have our own unique desires, beliefs, expectations, passions and callings in life.

To me it means a lot of different things. If I died tomorrow, I would still be satisfied with my life and everything I have experienced. I have lived a meaningful life in more ways than I can count, already. It would be great if I got a few more years to have fun and continue to enjoy life in ways that call me, however I already feel satisfied and at ease. These 6 aspects are my favorite aspects of a meaningful life:

  • A big part of a meaningful life for me is to help other people, to inspire people to see how wonderful and capable they are and to inspire them to discover their own empowerment and happiness.
  • Another part of a meaningful life for me is having my two little babies and taking care of them. I love them more than anything in my life and I want them to grow up feeling free, empowered, happy and in love with life.

Those two aspects are the biggest ones when it comes to a meaningful life. However, there are thousands of other things that also give my life a deep meaning, here are some of my favorite ones:

  • Eating and enjoying delicious food – this gives me so much satisfaction in my life. I love food, and I love listening to my cravings and giving my body what it wants and needs to thrive.
  • Working out and loving my own body. I have begun to truly love my body, its shape, its health, its flexibility, its stamina – everything about it. I love to work out, to feel my muscles work and see how toned and beautiful my body is. I believe that how you feel about yourself will affect everything in your life, especially your happiness.
  • Sexual attraction, passion and desire – these are all very big parts of my life and they all give me so much meaning, happiness and energy. These aspects are as vital to me as the very water I need to drink and as important as the food I need to give my body in order to survive.
  • Lastly, it gives me a lot of meaning to write and read. To express my emotions and thoughts into words, that is my calling in life.

What things would you say are your favorite aspects of a meaningful life?

At home all day with my two little babies πŸŒΌ

Today was such a reliefgiving day. I spent the entire day at home with my two little babies since my baby boy is sick. We will probably stay home two or three more days depending on his condition. 😊

The first half of the day we spent relaxing in bed. After lunch we went out into our garden and into the playground for a little while. A perfect day. 🌼

  • How was your day? I hope you found some time to relax as well. 😊

Be thankful for all that you have β€οΈ

At the end of each day, be thankful for all that you have. This is my list tonight:

  • I am thankful for my two little babies, they are my everything, my meaning of life.
  • I am thankful for my boyfriend who I have been with 12 years now. He is always here for me, he always cares and we have a lot of fun together.
  • I am thankful for my beautiful, fit body.
  • I am thankful for my job, which is the best job ever.
  • I am thankful that it is June, that my summer vacation will begin two weeks from now.
  • I am thankful for the amazing weather we have had this week and especially for the rain we had today.

🌺 What are you thankful for today?

My meaning of life πŸ₯°

Nothing brings me more joy than coming home to my two little babies. My baby boy is 3 years old and my baby girl is 4 years old. The love I feel for them is stronger than anything else. They are what gives my life meaning. πŸ₯°

How you feel when you spend your time is more valuable than the time you spend πŸ¦‹

It is quite important to feel good about what you do – whether it is what you do at home, on vacation or at work. How you feel when you spend your time is more valuable than the time you spend.

I have enjoyed 10 days at home with my two little babies and my boyfriend. We have had our Easter Holiday week and it has been absolutely wonderful. I love my two little babies so much, and it is so cozy to be able to spend so much time with them. However, today it is time to go back to work and that feels awesome too because I love my job as well.

I work as a teacher and I have worked at the same school for 12 years now. I began in August 2007 and it truly is a magnificent job. I have always had magnificent bosses (I think I have had 7 different bosses during these 12 years) who always appreciate me and see my value. I have had hundreds of different co-workers and they all treat me with such kindness and respect. But most importantly, I have had thousands of students and it gives me so much positive energy to support them, help them and guide them. My students are the main reason why I love being a teacher. To be there for them, listen to them and help them see their own strenght and possibilites, that is magnificent. When you love what you do, going back to work feels awesome!

  • How do you feel about your job? Take a moment to think about your job and see if you can list all the things you like and enjoy about your job.

Remember that how you feel about what you do actually matters more than what you do. And how you feel is something you can affect no matter what is going on around you. Make the best of it, and it will always get better for you.

Love and honor your body – an inside job πŸ™β€

One of the most important things you can do is learning to love yourself, unconditionally. No matter what you look like or how you have felt about yourself up until this moment – you can learn to love yourself.

Even if you have spent your entire life hating yourself, you can change your thinking and you can begin to love yourself now.

No one who thinks hurtful thoughts about their own body truly feels good within. All it takes is a decision, a decision that you no longer want to hate yourself. A decision that you truly want to feel better. Then, practice shifting your thinking every day. Not just about yourself and about your body, but about all things! It is a lot easier to begin looking for things you appreciate and things you like in other things, situations and other people than with yourself – so begin with the easier things! Once you have practiced a kind, loving attitude of appreciation relative to others, you will automatically begin to see yourself in a new light. It takes time, it takes practice and above all, it takes a willingness to feel better. But you can do it.

I spent the first 25 years of my life hating myself and my body. Then I decided I didn’t want to hate myself anymore, I didn’t want to feel so awful within. So, little by little I began shifting my way of thinking, and little by little I aquired a new way of looking at everything and everyone around me. Once I had reached this point, I began looking at myself with new eyes. It took time. It took practice. It wasn’t easy, but I did it. Now, 10 years later I truly love and honor myself no matter what other people choose to think, say and do to me. Loving yourself is an inside job.
