Stress and any other negative emotions are wonderful reminders ๐Ÿ™

A gentle reminder for today: go slower and breathe more deeply. Stop a few times every now and then to just close your eyes, put your hand on your chest and feel how strong and peaceful your heart beats.

Relax. Stop making such a big hairy deal out of everything. So, people gossip about you? Let them. So, your body is sick and you feel confined by it? Make peace with it. Make peace with where ever you are, no matter how seemingly “bad” it is. Just make peace with what ever it is you have to deal with, breathe more intentionally and allow yourself to go slower.

Stress and any other negative emotion is a wonderful reminder to you that you have forgotten what truly matters in life. What truly matters is not the money, not your work, not your schedule, not your face, not your body’s, condition… Not any of those things you worry about matter more than how you feel. And how you feel has to be unconditional. You can choose to feel fearful or hopeful relative to the situation you are faced with, and when you choose a more light-hearted hopeful perspective – you have figured out how to let the situation improve.

What we think, we become. And I am not talking about the one big angry thought you had last week or the insanely happy one you had yesterday – I am talking about the little, seemingly insignificant thoughts you think daily. The more you think a thought, the stronger attraction it will have. Therfore you can change everything about who you are, how you feel and what you experience in life simply by changing your thoughts.

It is possible to change into the person you desire to be. No matter your past, your experiences or how long you have had a negative personality – you can become the happy, confident, free and empowered person you desire to be. All it takes is a willingness to stop fueling your negative perspectives on life and a willingness to reach for better feeling perspectives instead. You don’t shift your entire personality over night, it takes time. One small step at a time. If you just choose one new perspective each day, it will make a huge impact on your entire life!

Get a note book and on each page of your notebook focus on one topic that you would like to improve. Perhaps you could begin with the topics of money, relationships, health and work. Write statements of how you want this topic to play out in your life, how you want to feel about it and what you want to experience. Return to this topic several times everyday and re-read your statements and add some new ones when you feel inspired to do so.

The next step is to be very aware of what you talk to others about, what you say to them about these topics and what you think during your day relative to these topics. Whenever you say or think negative statements about these topics, stop and rephrase your statement so that it matches your desired version.

By making these small changes every day you will begin to notice your entirr life changing to match your new thinking patterns. It is not luck, it is not destiny, it is not magic – it is law, law of attraction.

How do you know if the partner you are with is “the one”?

I belive there are millions of potential dream partners out there for you. Anyone of them is “the one” for you. I don’t believe in the notion that we only have one soul mate – I believe anyone you choose to be with has the potential of being your one and only true love. It is a matter of perspective really, and you are in charge of your perspective.

You can choose to look at what you like with the other person and enjoy that, while you at the same time have a loving unconditional perspective of this person as a whole. Everyone has wanted and unwanted aspects, and you can choose what you feel comfortable with and what you don’t feel comfortable with. Ask yourself if you feel good when you are with your partner – if you do, keep enjoying it. If you don’t, move on.

Respect yourself and your partner enough to value how you feel together. If you feel good together, great – keep enjoying your relationship and focus on what you like with eachother. If you don’t feel good together you have two choices:

1) stay with this person, talk about it and work together on improving your relationship.

2) Leave this person but be thankful for the experience you had together. Keep focusing on how you want to feel in a relationship and how you want it to be. Move on with appreciation in your heart and what comes next will be so much better.

You are never limited by your past experiences

Enjoy who you are becoming, don’t be afraid of change – embrace it! You do not have an obligation to be the same person you were yesterday, a month ago or 10 years ago – you can continue to change, improve and become more and more of who you truly desire to be.

You do not have to be a grumpy toad just because life has been hard – you are never limited by your past experiences, see them as beneficial ground to grow from. You can become more confident, more happy and more free because of all the hard times.

So, ask yourself the important question: “Who am I wanting to become?” and start improving your thinking to match the desired vision of who you want to become.

You have an important choice to make, a choice that will improve your life immediately

You always have an important choice to make because no matter what is going on you can choose to make the best of it. When you choose to make the best of it, your now will improve and if you keep making the best of it, your tomorrows will improve as well.

The clearest of days with the most beautiful warming sunshine might be a wonderful reason for you to feel good for a while… but keep choosing to make the best of your day no matter the weather, no matter what goes on around you and no matter who you are with.

It is not the weather, it is not the people around you or their actions, it is not even your own body’s shape, size, figure or health that makes you happy or not – it is your choice of focus. Will you please try to make the best of it, wherever you are?

Kindness and love can purify even the darkest of hearts. No matter the situation, no matter what he did – when you find it in your heart to forgive him unconditionally, the healing will begin automatically.

When you respond with kindness and love, there is a win-win situation because everyone benefits from that mindset.

It is so beneficial for you to learn to prioritize. When people are mean to you, choose to walk away. When people say hurtful things about you, let them ruin their own energy โ€“ choose to focus on people who support you and appreciate you instead.

There is no value in pushing against, trying to defend yourself or trying to prove to them that you are innocent โ€“ they donยดt really care about you. They care about their own misalignment, that is why they are so drawn to putting others down and hurting others โ€“ it makes them feel better for a moment. They depend on others in order to feel better which is insanely debilitating. Why would you ever let their own insecurities and misaligned energy be a reason for you to feel bad as well? Donยดt give them that satisfaction, take your power back by realizing you are the only one in charge of your focus, your perspective and therefore you are the only one in charge of how you feel.

All things that bother you are insignificant relative to what really matters in life! Just say โ€ fuck this shitโ€, and live happily ever after.

See the world through your rose colored glasses ๐Ÿ’–

Be like a happy little child, see the fun in everything and be as playful as you can be in each moment. See the beauty in other people, see the humor in every conversation, feel the freedom in each breath. Lighten up, don’t take life so seriously and decide to have a lot of fun every day.

Be the one who smiles and appreciates, the one who loves and enjoyes. For every problem – see solutions, for every obstacle – see beneficial opportunities and for every painful experience – see a valuable lesson to learn and grow from.

Life is supposed to be enjoyed, you are supposed to follow your bliss and have a lot of fun. See life as an exciting vacation and decide to make the best of where ever you might be.

Give yourself the gift of a pleasurable moment ๐ŸŒน

What can you do right now, that will make you feel good for a moment? Perhaps eat something delicious, take a warm bubble bath, listen to your favourite music, call your best friend or watch a fun movie?

Another thing that you can do, which is a really effective way of boosting your mood and giving yourself a pleasurable moment is to fantasize. You can do this anywhere, while you lay down, while you sit, while you stand or while you walk. All you need to do is to visualize a pleasurable scenario and play out something you truly desire. Think of who you want to meet there and what you would love to experience in that moment. Anything you desire can happen in the exact way you like it so take some time to truly enjoy the moment.

Notice how a moment in your imagination allows you to feel better. Let this become a daily habit that you let yourself enjoy a few times during your day. What will you choose to dream about today?
