You can take your weakness, and you can turn it into your strength

You are so much stronger than what you have been through. No matter what happened to you – it didn’t break you, it only bent you temporarily.

Even though it was frightening, disempowering and humiliating – you got back up again. And again. And again. You can take your weakness, and you can turn it into your strength.

This is your life, dare to live it in ways that call you

This is your life, dare to live it in ways that call you. Wear the clothes you love the most, eat the food that gives you the most satisfaction and allow yourself to take pleasure from the most delicious things in life.

You never know how many days or even minutes there are left of your life, don’t dim your joy, your passion or your desire in order to please the crowd. Listen to the calling of your heart and allow your zest for life to sparkle bright.

I give up 🙏 ❤️

I give up. I have spent so much time feeling afraid, trying to be on high-alert 24/7 and constantly looking over my shoulder. No more. Life is way too short to spend it being afraid of what might happen. I give it up, and instead, I relax into a gentle, warm, soothing trust that life will work out beautifully well.

You can let some light into your life by making the best of where ever you are

No matter how dark it might feel right now, you can let some light into your life by making the best of where ever you are.

You can’t change your past, you can’t even change all those unwanted things you are experiencing right now – but you can make the best out of where ever you are, and you can start right now.

Just like the beautiful, pure lotus flower emerging from the muddy water

Just like the beautiful, pure lotus flower emerging from the murky, muddy water – there is value in everything that happens to you. Let it all inspire you to find your inner strength and use it as motivation to blossom into everything you desire to be.

Most people are afraid of suffering. But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud.” —Thich Nhat Hanh

No matter how dark the night might be, there will always be a golden morning
