It’s been a while since I’ve had a real craving for chocolate. But recently, the desire for chocolate has come back with a vengeance! I’m not sure what triggered it, but I find myself wanting chocolate more and more.
I used to be able to control my cravings pretty well. But lately, it feels like they’re controlling me! I’ll find myself thinking about chocolate even when I’m not hungry. And when I do give in and have some, I often end up eating more than I intended to.
This isn’t a good cycle to be in, and I know I need to break out of it before it gets too out of hand. But it’s not going to be easy. Chocolate is delicious, and it’s hard to resist when I’m feeling weak. But I’m determined to fight these cravings and get my life back on track.
