Yes, it is so beneficial for you to say NO ❤️

Each time you say no to someone else and their intentions for you, you say yes to yourself. It is an act of self love and self respect to say no when something feels off to you.

If the other person freaks out and yells at you or even hurts you because of your no, your no was very appropriate indeed because the other person just showed you that he does not care about you, what matters to you or how you feel – at all.

Let each “no” you say strengthen you from within. With each “No” you say, you show your body that you value your own wellbeing first and foremost which is a vital part of your healing journey. 🌱
