Your journey is yours to make. You cannot help and support those around you while your heart and soul is aching and in need of love and support. Focus on your own healing first and foremost, your wellbeing matters most. It is not – ever – your job to constantly make others feel better, it is their own job. 🙏

Your anxiety and fear are natural and normal reactions to unnatural circumstances and behavior. The one who hurt you made you go into survival mode for so long, and that is alright – allow yourself to step out of your inner suffering, voice how you feel, breathe through it and let yourself heal.
