A bad day is a good day β€

There truly are no “bad” days – only days when you feel a bit worse and days when you feel a bit better. The day is not the reason why you feel as you do – your perspective is. The great thing about that is that you can do something about your perspective – regardless what is going on around you – and therefore you can do something about how you feel.

You are never a powerless victim doomed to feeling bad because of horrible circumstances. You can find value in every situation, and you can choose to let it nurture you as a solid foundation to grow from.

Excellent thoughts. Like the old saying – our attitude determines our altitude. No doubt there are many who have challenges beyond comprehension but somehow one needs to see the good, even when the perspective is nothing is good.

It’s all about perspective, although that can be a very challenging thing to practice on a regular basis. It took me a while after a getting a health diagnosis I desperately didn’t want to seek and focus on what was still good.

I’ve been thinking about this topic a lot. 😊 Today I was reviewing painful memories from the past, and I was finding elements in each memory that taught me something valuable. Certain memories are easier than others. Thank you for another inspiring post! πŸ™
