Shake loose from their judging gaze and set yourself free πŸŒΌ

Let them stare, let them wonder. Let them gossip, let them judge.

When you find it in your heart to forgive them unconditionally, you set yourself free.

You don’t need their approval, you don’t need their validation. Nor do you need their love. Let them be, shake loose from their judging eyes and focus on being there for yourself, supporting yourself and loving yourself unconditionally.

Become who you desire to be by using affirmations πŸŒΊ

When you decide to change how you view yourself, everything will change to match your new beliefs.

How would you like to feel about yourself? Use affirmations daily; think positive statements about yourself that match how you want to feel and who you want to be and you will eventually become it.

The beautiful cherry trees forgave winter’s roughness long ago πŸ™

When winter turns into spring and spring blossoms into summer… one of the most enchanted times of the year.

Spring gives hope of a beautiful new start, a warm new beginning. πŸ™

The beautiful cherry trees now smile happily with their bright flowers, totally forgiving of the cold, rough and dark winter that almost broke their branches a few months ago.

There is value and benefit in everything, including the different seasons in life. πŸ™

Fake it until you make it? Yes!

Some people claim that all programming of our beliefs is done before the age of 7. After that, everything we do and everything we get in life is because of those beliefs we hold in our subconscious mind.

Have you ever heard of Dr Bruce Lipton? He has written a lot on this topic and he has also made a lot of videos on cancer, health, beliefs and so on. It is really exciting stuff and it all comes down to the fact that the thoughts you choose to think and the perspectives you choose to have affects everything. Every single aspect of your life, including your body and your health, is a direct reflection of the beliefs you hold. Beliefs that were programmed into your subconscious mind before the age of 7 – but you can change it. A belief is nothing but a thought that you think a lot, and you can choose new thoughts on every topic that matters to you.

You don’t have to go back and try to figure out what went wrong and what negative beliefs you might have been programmed with – just look around at your life right now. In what areas of your life are you living what you desire? Well, in those areas you hold positive beliefs. In what areas of your life are you struggling? Well, in those areas you hold negative beliefs that affects the results you get.

So… how do you change it? Is it even possible? Of course. Just choose new thoughts that match your desired outcome and keep thinking them a lot, every day. Maybe even buy a notebook and write them down every day. Look at people who have what you desire, imagine having it, being it and doing it. In this way you will begin to reprogram your subconscious mind to accept new positive beliefs. And once your subconscious mind has accepted these new beliefs, it is a done deal.

A bad day is a good day β€

There truly are no “bad” days – only days when you feel a bit worse and days when you feel a bit better. The day is not the reason why you feel as you do – your perspective is. The great thing about that is that you can do something about your perspective – regardless what is going on around you – and therefore you can do something about how you feel.

You are never a powerless victim doomed to feeling bad because of horrible circumstances. You can find value in every situation, and you can choose to let it nurture you as a solid foundation to grow from.

Everything starts with you, with how you feel πŸ¦‹

No assignment, no problem, no person and no situation is more important than your own wellbeing. If you donΒ΄t feel good, everything else will be negatively affected. If you feel good, everything else will be positively affected. It starts with you, with how you feel. How you feel affects everything. It even affects what kind of people you meet, how they behave but most importantly how you react. So, it is very valuable to care about how you feel – first. Make it your top priority to be kind, gentle and patient with yourself.
How can you make yourself feel a little bit better right now? Is there something you can do, say or think that can give you relief? If there is, then do it. If there isnΒ΄t, relax. You will feel better again eventually, just decide to be kinder to yourself and try to distract yourself as best you can.

Don’t bend over backwards to please them – there is a better way

When you care so much about others that you bend over backwards in order to please them, you will eventually break down.

You cannot put your own wellbeing aside and just focus on keeping those around you satisfied. It will backfire.

If you already have broken down – how do you sooth yourself back into feeling better again? One of the first things to do is to stop the negative spiral – stop saying yes when your inner guidance says no. Dare to say no and respect yourself enough to set boundaries. Listen to your body, if it is tired – make time to rest. If you feel stressed out at work, go slower and face your challenges from the mindset that nothing matters more than how you feel. When you make how you feel your first priority, you will focus on your rest, your balance and what feels like relief to you first, and from that balanced state you will then deal with the challenges and people that come to you.

Not only will you feel better once you begin to practice this, you will also be of most value to those around you as well. A win, win situation.

What 3 things did you enjoy the most about your day?

It is so beneficial and life-giving to take a moment at the end of each day and think of a few things you really enjoyed about your day. This will help you practice a more positive thinking which in turn will open your senses to experience even more positive things around you.

My 3 favourite things about today was:

1) Waking up really happy and excited about going back to work

2) Meeting all my magnificent students again

3) Spending the afternoon with my two little babies

How you feel when you spend your time is more valuable than the time you spend πŸ¦‹

It is quite important to feel good about what you do – whether it is what you do at home, on vacation or at work. How you feel when you spend your time is more valuable than the time you spend.

I have enjoyed 10 days at home with my two little babies and my boyfriend. We have had our Easter Holiday week and it has been absolutely wonderful. I love my two little babies so much, and it is so cozy to be able to spend so much time with them. However, today it is time to go back to work and that feels awesome too because I love my job as well.

I work as a teacher and I have worked at the same school for 12 years now. I began in August 2007 and it truly is a magnificent job. I have always had magnificent bosses (I think I have had 7 different bosses during these 12 years) who always appreciate me and see my value. I have had hundreds of different co-workers and they all treat me with such kindness and respect. But most importantly, I have had thousands of students and it gives me so much positive energy to support them, help them and guide them. My students are the main reason why I love being a teacher. To be there for them, listen to them and help them see their own strenght and possibilites, that is magnificent. When you love what you do, going back to work feels awesome!

  • How do you feel about your job? Take a moment to think about your job and see if you can list all the things you like and enjoy about your job.

Remember that how you feel about what you do actually matters more than what you do. And how you feel is something you can affect no matter what is going on around you. Make the best of it, and it will always get better for you.

When it hurts so much you just can’t take it anymore πŸ¦‹

When your pain is so intense and so “in your face” that it feels like you just can’t take it anymore – breathe and trust that this too shall pass. What doesn’t kill you, can make you stronger – it is true, it is not just a catchy phrase. Keep breathing deeply, drink lots of water and give yourself some mental rest.

This too shall pass, the pain will fade away and reliefgiving hope will take its place if you relax and allow. One breath at a time.
