Spend your moment embraced by soothing, loving and kind thoughts πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ§˜β€β™‚️

All is well. Relax, breathe and allow yourself a moment just to be still, and focus on your breathing. Sooth yourself by thinking reliefgiving thoughts such as “I am doing the best I can”, “I want to be a good person”, “I want to honor my body”, “I want to follow what feels like relief to me”, “I want to be a person who loves and appreciates easily”, “I want to be a happy, light-hearted person”, “I am where I am and it is ok”, “Tomorrow is a new day”, “I will enjoy a good night’s sleep and wake up fresh and new tomorrow” …

This moment is perfect, this moment is all you have and all you need. How are you choosing to spend your moment? Spend it with soothing, loving and kind thoughts no matter where you are, who you are with or what you are doing.

I had 2 people trying to bully me yesterday (only because they have a higher position at the work place), but I stepped up because they were so nasty. In the end, they were surprised that I fought them. LOL. I just really hate some people sometimes, because some people are nasty. And because of those nasty people, sometimes it is hard to be light-hearted. I love your posts, they remind me to stay positive. Thank you for posting them. ❀

You don’t have to let the experience keep making you feel bad once it is over though, THAT is the key to being light-hearted. There will always be hurtful people and painful events, you will always lose your emotional balance now and then – but you don’t have to keep hurting yourself by recreating it in your mind. That is the skill to practice if you want to feel better. Not that easy, begin with gentle baby steps. First of all, it is OK to get angry, upset and sad. There is nothing wrong with negstive emotions – you are doing really well. 🌹🌹🌹🌹
