What really made you sick – the cause and cure

“It wasn’t thinking about sickness that made you sick.
It was being mad at your daughter,
it was being mad at your mother,
it was being mad at your husband,
it was being mad at your wife,
it was about being unhappy at work,
it was about complaining about this,
it was about complaining about the government,
it was complaining about things where you can’t do anything about it!”

So true because we bring in all the negativity into ourselves, the anger reverses and makes us sick and surprising where it goes and affects our bodies. Thank you for sharing this.

Just recently I have been able to let go of those things knowing they don’t matter. It took a long time.

This post reminded me of a YouTube I listen to with Wayne Dyer talking about a person at the doctors who is ill and the doctor was writing out prescriptions. And when the person was getting ready to leave they wanted the prescriptions and the doctor said oh no these are not for you these are for your mother, your sister, your coworker, your mother-in-law,and so on…. all the people in our lives that can then affect us and how we internalize things
