Just say no – walk away

You are under no obligation to please the people that make you feel uncomfortable. Trust your emotions and honor yourself by following what feels like relief to you. Say no, walk away… there is no need for you to justify or explain. You are entitled to say no. You are entitled to walk away. ❤

Don’t ALWAYS walk away from being uncomfortable. Sometimes, unfortunately OFTEN, that is the impetus to grow and change in ways that you may need to improve.

Trust me, I didn’t walk away from all the terrible things that happened to me during the first 25-30 years of my life – I have grown immensley because of it. I am litterally a new person. I am only just beginning to say no now when I am 35.
