A gentle reminder – this too shall pass ❤

Just say no – walk away

You are under no obligation to please the people that make you feel uncomfortable. Trust your emotions and honor yourself by following what feels like relief to you. Say no, walk away… there is no need for you to justify or explain. You are entitled to say no. You are entitled to walk away. ❤

My baby boy is still ill ❤

My baby boy is worse today. The eye infection is much better but now it seems like he has the flu, he has not even been able to keep water down.

He fell asleep in our bed just now, holding on to my hair. I love moments like these. ❤ I am sure he will feel much better tomorrow.

You do create your own destiny and it is never too late to change it ❤

Destiny is not something that is written in the stars or already decided – it changes constantly because of how you choose to think and focus each day.

When you change your thinking, you change your destiny – your future experiences … and how you feel matters even more than what you think because your emotions give you 100% accurate and instant feedback on whether you are thinking thoughts that will affect your health, your experiences and everything else in your life in a beneficial way or in a deterimental way.

You can choose, you are in charge – you do create your own destiny and it is never too late to change it – now that is freeing and empowering to know!

Listen with love today ❤

It is not your job to fix everything for everyone else. When they come to you with their problems and difficult situations – just listen with love.

In your mind you can think about how much they mean to you and how much you want their situation to clear up in the most beautiful way. Keep thinking about how you want them to feel and if the timing is right, you will be inspired to speak and what you say will be benefical for them.

Don’t rush, just listen with love and think about how you want them to feel and what you want them to experience. 🌹
