What are your favourite ways to sooth yourself when you feel sad? I love to try on beautiful clothes, eat delicious food, listen to music I love and take a warm relaxing shower.

    I usually write in my journal. It helps to get out what you are feeling and not have to share with anyone. That is how I self soothe.

    Lively upbeat music sometime helps, a good cry to a song that holds meaning also helps or a cuddle with my furbaby 😍.
