How you feel and what you think and believe affects everything that happens to you – even the way your body responds and how it reacts.

Don’t compare yourself with others and the results they are getting – use the good-feeling examples of others as a source of inspiration and follow what you feel most called to. Listen to how you feel about the different paths avaliable and work on feeling good about the choices you make. 🌱

    Definitely following this prescription, each day. The most important thing I can add is: Get out of bed and start your day-in whatever direction you regard as “up”!
